Panera Bread should revoke this franchise and rehire all positions; staff and evening manager unbelievably rude and with zero customer service. Ordered French Onion soup but told no baguette available though a full rack of baguettes were sitting behind counter. Though only 6 PM, was told they were only for "tomorrow's customers." Had to request the manager, who remained hidden in kitchen, before piece of baguette provided. Soap arrived cold with ZERO croutons and two tiny pieces of non-melted cheese. Rather than soup, the bowl was 80% soggy pieces of onion. So very sad as other Panera Bread locations in Washington provide quality food with cheerful customer friendly staff.

The staff themselves aren't usually rude or give attitude, but I haven't ordered from this location a single time without my order either missing more than half its food or having completely the wrong items in it, and the time my order has been made completely right it was handed to someone else entirely, who likely had the exact same frustrating experience I mentioned before. If you're ordering from this location and have a favorite, you might as well throw a dart at the menu, and you'll be just as likely to get it.

Got the you pick two Baja bowl with chicken and broccoli and cheddar Mac and cheese and the green passion smoothie. First the girl was talking so fast I couldn’t understand what she was saying then I saw the other smoothies had yogurt I asked for a scoop I couldn’t taste anything in the smoothie it was like plain yogurt with ice…… mac & cheese was good, but the Baja bowl don’t waste your money rice was not cooked third bite into my bowl bit into something almost broke my tooth off found the hard piece of an avocado, mixed into the bowl plus a really hard piece of barley or something was not impressed. When I was paying at the drive through window I saw cookies when the manager( I take it) came out to make change for the girl she bumped the tongs they were picking up the cookies with, and it knocked three cookies off the plate onto where the sliding glass window goes back-and-forth. She looked right at me use the tongues picked him up and put them right back on the plate🤯, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $28……

I saw a sign that said I could get 1/2 a sandwich and a cup of soup for 9 dollars. After I added some chips and a drink, they charged me $19!
Go ahead check my receipts in the photo, I'll wait! $19 for a granny meal.
If you want to feel like a trendy person not on a budget, then go and waste you time and money, but if you are like me and find that spending $20 on any 1 meal is ridiculous then stay away. You can make this meal for less than a 1/3 at home.

I used the self ordering service and ordered the Ham & Gouda melt There was no list of the ingredients on the sandwich. It ended up having horseradish sauce on it which I never would have expected. I don’t like horseradish, so that spoiled the sandwich for me. Something like that should be made known. Also i expected a bit more ham for the price. I n hindsight I should have returned it. Subway puts more meat in their sandwiches! The bread was really good of course.

The food would be good if the portions on the sandwiches weren't so skimpy. Pretty sure they're putting the portion of a half sandwich's meat onto a whole. It's WAY too expensive to even consider with what they're offering compared to almost anything else in town.

I gotta comment just how hardworking the staff are. I’m so impressed, but that’s about it. This is one of the most underwhelming food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the teriyaki rice bowl, which cost arnd $13-$14? The rice was raw, the serving was extremely small, and I said no cilantro but it came with diced cilantro anyway. Based on the serving size, this item really should be listed for $8, which I still consider generous. I will not be ordering this item again. Unfortunate for this location, a 35-minute wait for underwhelming food is just not worth it. I know it’s not because the staff are slacking off because I saw them hustling their tails off; they probably just need more help. Now what to do about this undercooked rice….?
I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, because they did just open, but the last few times my husband and I have gone have just been terrible. Every time we went there was something missing from our order. Mac and Cheese instead of the soup we ordered, no sandwich at all (which we also ordered and paid for), it was as if they couldn't get our order right at all. I'm honestly disappointed. The one down in Burlington is much better with their service. And doesn't feel nearly as cramped either.
I'm sorry I have to put this review up, I normally don't review and like to keep my thoughts to myself when something goes wrong. But it's getting a bit old...

Soup and Sandwich
We thought we would give it a try. Got the cheese and broccoli soup. Not bad. We also ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Wat a disaster. $15 for what amounts to a burger and bag of chips. Not worth it. Not good. I saw some of the other sandwiches and they looked good but this was terrible. I'm not eating here again. The drinks were $3.69 for a diet Pepsi. I don't think so. Left with a bad taste in my mouth.
