Not the most reliable location. Food is okay; the location in LakeWorth is better for that. I placed an order to be delivered and while it originally promised 25 minutes until delivery, the reality is that it took almost an hour for it to arrive. You can imagine how warm it was at that point. Unless you have time to waster and aren't picky, this might work for you. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband decided that he would love to go have dinner at Panera Bread, so we went and we walked in to the restaurant and it was empty. There were no customers in there at all. Service was very quickly. Just walked right up to the counter and ordered. We both wore our masks 😷 while ordering and took them off once we got to our seats. Our order came very quickly probably about 5 yo 6 minutes. I'm guessing because we both ordered the flat bread pizza, and that's what took most of the time, since no other customers were in the restaurant. My husband ordered the Pepperoni and Sausage Flatbread Pizza 🍕 😋, also the Macaroni and Cheese he made it an entre with a drink, and was able to add any dessert for 99 cents.. I also ordered the same thing. He wanted to also have the Cheese and Broccoli Soup in the Bread Bowl 🥣 😋 I got a Pumpkin Muffin, and my husband had a Bear Claw.. yummy 😋.. We both had Raspberry Tea. I just love Panera Bread they always have the best food!!❤ I would definitely recommend visiting them 😊 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I have NEVER had nasty Panera in my life until today a entire $35 something spent only to get a very burnt pepperoni melt and a long dark brown hair in my sandwich this location needs to be inspected and shut down or new employees!! Will not be going back to this location ever again

Panera confuses me because it gives off this desire to want to be a higher end quick service restaurant but every time I walk in to one everything just looks and feels sticky. As far as this specific Panera it's nice but that's all I can say. I would also like to add that my wife disagrees with me .. she likes it as far as Paneras go. I’ve come here a few times recently as it’s close to my job and I look forward to coming back again and again. The food is so delicious and affordable. But my main love for this location comes from the staff. Every single person I’ve interacted with here has been exceptionally helpful and nice. I love it here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just waited 31" to then ask at the pickup bar what happened to our order, they said they lacked the components for soup. For soup, literally leftovers in salty water. They did not apologize, just said they were too busy to tell us. Instead I guess it was fine to waste our lunch hour waiting??? Sorry they were busy after we paid with a tip. After refunding it we lost 53 minutes and headed to Olive Garden. I thought after all the issues here they changed management and it would improve, but nope. Iced tea dispenser broken since 7 months ago still broken. They used to leave 3-4 orders out of a 8-10 order lunch. I don’t think I could be more dissatisfied with this location. I’m a big fan of Paneras and was looking for a meal after traveling for work. The location was out of everything so I ordered the Asian chicken salad and Mac and cheese (pick 2). There were no other people waiting to order and must have been 7 people in the kitchen. When I got back to my hotel room there was 3 pieces of chicken on a bed of lettuce and no dressing. The bread was hard as a rock and inedible the Mac and cheese was fine. Really disappointed that these folks couldn’t just complete a simple order. I will not be back again nor suggest anyone else go. I get the whole can find good help thing but there were so many employees in there that you would think they could manage a simple salad. Wish I could get my money back.
