I eat at Panera “ALL” the time. Today however, was a “not-so-good” experience. Upon arrival, the lobby smelled like someone had mopped the bathroom, then the lobby. It really smelled bad. The kiosk was down, so we had to order at the desk. No issues there. My wife got a Fuji apple Salad, with some customizations. It was good, as usual. I got the broccoli-cheddar soup. Tasted great as usual. The baguette was a little old, as was the tea, which tasted awful. The service was a little slower than usual as well. All-in-all, a 3, even though the food was good. Hi Foodie Miss Mary update 11.20.2023. BEWARE!!! If you are a panera rewards user you CANNOT redeem your order points using a food delivery service!! This Foodie truly disappointed because I usually average $225 or more another here. I hope management changes this. Here talking about Soup. It's yummy filling and not many calories. Trick is to find a chef that knows his SOUP stock. Panera's does the job! Just had a bowl approximately $10.00 alittle pricey but worth every cent. ThIe chicken rice soup pictured had actual chicken,rice, and a hearty stock with FLAVOR. Yep, it was so good and delivered hot..a real treat. It’s very sad how downhill this location has gone. The lobby smelled as if a sewage leak occurred. The manager stated something about how she wished it was cooler outside, and the cashier girl with piercings on every part of her face randomly decided she wanted to check the weather on her phone as we stood there waiting to order. (Who takes a solid 3 minutes of being on a phone to look at weather?) Adding to that she had the nerve to ask about a tip. YEAH, RIGHT! Very loud conversations from the workers discussing inappropriate topics within earshot of customers trying to enjoy their food. Don’t imagine I’ll be coming here again! My mac and cheese and bread were delicious, but a little overpriced for what I got. That's par for the course for Panera, unfortunately, but at least the food is usually pretty good. The fuji apple lemonade I had was way too sweet, but once I cut it with some water it had a really great flavor. Service was fast and friendly, so overall I had a good time. I’m not usually one to complain. I’m the kind of person who won’t tell you if you got my drink wrong. But it is SO COLD inside this Panera! I have never been so cold inside a restaurant before. We keep our house at 68 or 70. It was 69 outside the day I went and it felt like a sauna when I walked out compared to the inside of this store. I went there to hunker down and study for awhile but couldn’t focus with how cold it was so I got a blanket out of my car and a warm soup and that only made it bearable for like 10 minutes. I tried to talk to an employee, but he literally turned around and started walking away before I even finished a sentence and said “we can’t do anything about that.” It made me feel like such a bother but this is the second time I’ve had to leave this location because of the temperature and I’ve never had that issue at any other Panera. On top of that, this location is almost always out of all their coffee in the afternoon and most of the employees look like they’d rather be anywhere but there. Great visit. Service was fast and good. Location was clean and the wait was not too bad. I had the chicken Chipotle Flatbread pizza which was actually better than expected. We came specifically so my daughter could get the broccoli cheddar soup, and she was not disappointed. Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work. Went through the drive-through to get pick 2. My soup had plastic in it. I called the store to speak to a manager, and she kinda laughed it off and wasn’t concerned about it, but offered me a refund only for my bowl of soup. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Frequent this place at least once a week. Food is usually good, but portion sizes vary especially the pasta bowls. Apparently they give you what they feel like, or maybe don't feel like making more I'm not sure, its literally different every visit, consistency would be nice. The counter help is usually friendly when ordering, but aside from that it's hit and miss. The cookies, brownies, etc are amazing. Being a carpeted dining area, they could stand to vacuum more than they do, alot of times the floor is not in great shape. Orders are usually accurate and service is typically fast.
