The service is fast and the staff are polite. The food is delicious and as always I feel like I get a lot of food for the cost at Panda. I wish that they had more veggie options, but steamed veggies with fried rice is a solid meal. The price is also very reasonable for airport food. The portions were very generous but the server had a little bit of an attitude and rushed me into choosing what I wanted to order. There are plenty of seating. Some tables are large enough to be shared. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Teriyaki Chicken

All tables were full with 5 customers and 6 empty stools at the bar. I sat at the bar to eat my food but did not need a drink because I added bottled water. Bartender appeared a few minutes later and asked me to move to another spot. She was “too busy for me to sit there” and I was forced to purchase a drink so I could eat my food in peace. Perhaps this job is too big for the current employee if she was overwhelmed by 5 customers. Lousy service. Did not even say thank you or anything. Seats continued to be open at the bar throughout my meal. She was hardly inconvenienced by me sitting at the there. Guess what? No tip idiot. I got the bowl…got the original orange chicken…it was ok but not spectacular. The “restaurant “ was clean. I also appreciated that I could get a 🍺 beer right in front of Panda Express and enjoy it. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Recommended dishes Teriyaki Chicken

My recent experience at Panda Express was marred by the server's unprofessional behavior. Throughout our visit, he displayed a noticeable attitude, rolling his eyes and glaring while my family and I were deciding our order. Despite there being no one waiting in line behind us, his impatience was evident. Eventually, I had to ask my elderly parents to sit down so I could quickly place our order. When I politely requested assistance from the server, he responded rudely, saying, 'Buddy, everything is on the screen, what else do you want?' He even boasted about it to another server, who kindly reprimanded him for his behavior. Fortunately, the other server stepped in to help me, and her service was exceptional. I wish I could provide a separate review solely for her. Regrettably, the negative behavior of the first server left a lasting negative impression on our trip. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Absolutely amazing! Jesus was great and I am so excited they finally got new staffing. All the old rude workers are gone and now people come and go with smiles and you tell the employees love their jobs. I literally almost didnt stop but noticed the new staff and gave it a chance again and I am so glad I did. Best part is food is way fresher and the line moves way faster than before. This Panda Express Location was a disappointment. Mainly because the portions are ridiculous small compared to all other stores across the nation! And at checkout he told me there is no water at the fountain, I have to take bottled water out of the fridge. I tested the water at the lemonade suspenser at the fountain...and it worked. The next excuse was there are no small cups. So I took nothing. After my meal I wanted to talk to the manager, because it was sad to see a Panda Express so badly managed. But the problem was then obvious! The manager didn't appreciate the feedback nor did she take the appropriate time to talk to me. I only heard excuses!! Panda Express, please don't let your name get pulled down by this store!
This is based on the location next to gate B15. I guess it’s time for a first 1-star review in a while. This is the first fast food where my order was completely ignored and the worker just gave whatever she wanted. I have never experienced anything like this. I usually bite my tongue if the service isn’t great. The entitled worker didn’t apologize, just didn’t care, and still ignored me after I mentioned the order is wrong. She is a young, entitled worker with a bad attitude. The cashier was nice as she wanted to correct it but I was ready to move on. I would’ve given a higher rating on food if I received the correct entrees. I hope nobody else will have to experience this nonsense there. I will never eat at this location again. Panda Express is one of my favorite places for Chinese food. They make really tasty chicken. You can find this Panda Express inside the airport. It's super convenient when you're traveling because you can grab a delicious meal quickly. So, if you're at the airport and want good Chinese food, Panda Express is a great choice. Their chicken is yummy, and it's easy to get to Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Teriyaki Chicken
Was running from gate to gate hoping to find a good place to eat when I saw this Panda Express right off the Skylink near my gate. And, unlike usual, the line wasn't long! But, I soon found out why. The food was... passable, at best. The Angus Steak (a premium addition) was rubbery and tasteless, and the Kung Pow Chicken was bland. The vegetables squeaked like styrofoam as I chewed. On the good side, the fried rice was decent, and the service was fast and cordial. I thought I was spending $16 for a good meal and a diet coke, but what I got was cafeteria Chinese food. In a word, I would describe the experience as disappointing. Even in the realm of fast food, I've come to expect a certain level of quality with Panda Express; this didn't meet the mark. The next time I see one at an airport, I'll think twice about it. Especially if the line isn't long. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
