The staff members are impolite and they appear to be the owner of the establishment when additional sauce containers are requested; portions are small. They will add an additional charge for two soy sauces and fire the only decent individuals they had. Certain staff members may engage in lying by claiming that you requested 100 packets when in fact you only requested an additional 2 packets. Servings are small. Look at this portion. Literally 3 shrimp. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I work at a school, and we are ordering every week for our kiddos. Online said they had a school lunch program which was great but when working with the store it wasn't going as smoothly, BUT I will say that the store manager has gone above and beyond to make sure our school is taken care of regardless of setting up the program! Every week I go in and my order for 102 kids is ready to go by 10:30 am and the whole staff helps carry and load my car! Thank you again so much for your continued help! My first time here and I walked in for carryout. I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. The atmosphere was clean. I ordered two separate bowls and the portions were small but the prices were high. The taste of the food was okay. Just passing through but 1st time here and never again. One thing girl giving food at start of line just plain rude, bad customer service, not willing to help. Kayla is her name, well at least that’s the name she had on her name tag. I didn’t eat anything but the rest of the family did. I just hate bad customer service. Again, I don't drive so Rosco and I walk to the neighborhood Panda Express. Rosco is trained to stand by my side the entire time we are making our way through the line. Ii wouldn't recommend bringing a pet that requires continuous redirection. Never long wait. Portions are more than I can ask for... my meal lasts for two days. I order one medium entree and one large entree. A bit above my budget but somehow the food is quality and intoxicating. Go there because my dad is down from Westcliffe and almost half of the options are empty bowls, my daughter's favorite (chow mein) is completely unavailable, had to wait over 10 min for my steak. The entire restaurant was freezing. I don't give to the charity anymore because after being asked if I would like to, I said a certain number and she took more out than I said was okay. Went during dinner rush. It was well staffed, but the staff seemed overwhelmed. I’ve been a couple times over the last couple months at different times and the staff have seemed this way every time. Not sure why? Food is always great! Love the orange chicken that they are known for! Disappointing that the Honey Sesame Chicken Breast is no longer an option but it remains on their menu board. This should probably be removed if they don’t have it as an option. There are a few seats available for dine in, but very few.

Don’t bother coming here if you’re not a door dash or Uber eats drive. The place is constantly filled with actual customers standing around for 45 minutes as delivery drivers pour in one after another and are given priority over people actually waiting. This happened about a month ago, and since then will not go back. I had my two kids with me, my son ordered a drink and me and my daughter chose a water. The bill came to almost 60 bucks. For 3 of us, ordered two plates and a bowl. That's it. They charged our water for sodas. Told them we got water. "Oh we charge for water now". Did not get almost 10 back from our drinks.
