Amazing breakfast at a super reasonable price! Easy parking, and so many delicious an interesting, pancake dishes. They have a senior menu and a kids menu where they make the pancakes into animal shapes. Great eggs, chorizo, fruit, and coffee a must if you’re in downtown Rosarito or near the Rosarito Beach Hotel. super clean bathrooms with disabled access and disabled parking out front. This is a rare gem of a breakfast restaurant I highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been to Pancake Republic two times now, and it has been a good experience both times. The staff are very friendly and they come and check in on you a couple of times while you're eating to make sure you're good. Definitely like the place when I'm in the mood for pancakes, and would recommend it to anybody that likes pancakes 👍 Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $100–200

My favorite breakfast spot! Caters mostly to Americans but still has a great local Mexican vibe. Musicians come through and play music. The food is always cooked fresh. And it’s right on the beach. Near local shops for tourist

Friendly service. When we walked in our temperature was checked and we were given hand sanitizer. Masks must be worn when entering the restaurant but fine to remove once seated. We drank: orange juice (recommended) We ate: pancake combo (recommended) & Viva la French toast (recommended). Service Dine in Meal type Brunch

Very tasty breakfast. The pancakes hit the spot nice and hot the butter just melted onto them. Came with some very fresh fruit and yummy hash browns & eggs. Thought ghetto coffee could have been stronger (just me) the orange juice was freshly squeezed. What a great breakfast to start the day. Will definitely be back

Quick service, waitress understood basic english, food was great not too expensive, plenty of street parking even on a Sunday morning. The only strange part was the acrylic walls they put up in front of the booths..... Not really sure what that is going to accomplish... Lol overall would recommend and definitely go back. Service is really good. Food is all right for been close to our hotel. Only problem we were sat next to the door so people and waiters keep bumping to us.

Service is excellent, the atmosphere is the same... Food needs to be improved, crepes aren't really crepes, and ham inside the omelette is cut in cubes (???), and the ham quality isn't great either; other than this, food is not bad in general... Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
