Food was alright.
We ordered Caesar salad with Grilled chicken, gambas prawns, grilled seabass, rib eye steak, and lava chocolate cake.
The sea bass was really well done, tender and tasted perfectly balanced. The caesar salad was alright, nothing special but decent. Gambas prawns had only 4 pieces of prawns, a little over seasoned with lemon. Traditionally, the garlic taste should be more distinctive, but the lemon taste was too overwhelming. We could not taste anything other than the sourness of the lemon. The steak was decent with their sliced potatoes crispy and tasty. Their lava chocolate cake was freshly baked, love it! Super gooey and not too sweet.
The atmosphere and service was splendid! Love the attentiveness and the prompt refill of my wine!
10/10 would recommend but stay away from the seafood chowder, totally not what we expected.

Nice place to chill and relax. Went at sunset and could capture nice shots on camera. Had a few drinks and ordered food. Food wise I would say it could be better. But if you guys like to capture nice scenery from the top of the building to look at Malacca this will be the place to relax.

The Pampas Sky Dining Steakhouse is a fine-dining Western restaurant located on the rooftop of the Swiss Garden Hotel and Serviced Apartments off Jalan Bunga Raya (Road) in Melaka. It offers spectacular views of the city from all vintage points. The best time of the day to visit and dine is during the twilight and early evening hours when you can experience beautiful sunsets and also the "blue light" of dusk.
Today I had the rare opportunity to tour the main dining room and kitchen, where the chefs prepared the dinner hour menu. The best place in the country to celebrate a special occasion such as Happy Father's Day, Happy Mother's Day, or Happy Valentine's Day!

We went there on a weekday night and almost had the entire place to ourselves. Avoid the seafood chowder, I have no idea what I was drinking at all. The prawns were FRESH but the beer could have been colder or maybe we were too accustomed to the frozen beer downstairs. Either way, its a MUST-COME for the VIEW!!!!!

I ordered a medium rare steak, but the raw meat was served. Omg, it's really just raw meat.
There are so many inconveniences, but I don't want to remember this restaurant anymore, so I'll say one last thing.
When we're the only ones left, the close time is more than an hour away. But all of a sudden, the waitress comes and fills the glass that's already been filled with wine. You didn't ask me if I'd pour you wine!
It’s messed up on a special day.
There are many really good restaurants around. If you don't want to spoil your mood on a big day, don't visit here.

Beautiful view, friendly staff and food was above average. Although it was our own mistake to not park at the correct place (Swiss Garden Residence) and it was quite a confusing journey to get from car park to the place itself, I thought it was worth it. Get a table outside and get there before 7pm for the sunset 'cos the view is spectacular. It was not hot as being that high up gives you a nice breeze. Unfortunately, since our table was right at the corner and hidden, I had to walk out more than 3 times to get the staff to come to our table to take our orders and what not.

ordered the beef tenderloin and had high expectations for it at that price point but it simply did not live up to it. beef was chewy and was not well-seasoned. a piece of beef bought in a random supermarket in new zealand tasted better.
fish and chips was average. the fish was quite hard and did not taste fresh. the tartar sauce saved it.
at least the service was good as they allowed us to change seats into indoors as the wind was strong.

We ordered the mix grill set. The medium ribeye and tenderloin were cooked well. Fish and chips tasted fresh. The grilled squid starter was fresh and paired with tangy sauce. My family enjoyed ourselves here. Will recommend others or come again next time.
