This was the last stop by there I'll ever do. If you look up employees not giving a care, this is the place. I honestly think they will to figure out a way to mess the sandwich up so you won't come back. The last trip last week when we got home after purchasing 3 large subs, get them home and theirs so much oil and vinegar on them we couldn't even eat them. Threw them away. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches. 1 was a large 19 all the way, NO ONIONS add Banana peppers ….. the sandwich had extra onions , no banana peppers. The second sandwich was a large 19 all the way, NO ONIONS add Banana Peppers & Jalapeños which had neither but had EXTRA ONIONS. When I called my order in it was repeated to me 3 times! Highly Disappointed & NOT worth the $31 I spent for TWO sandwiches! As you can see in the pictures both sandwiches have extra onions on them. The worst experience i’ve ever had and I work in food service. Went in at 6:45 pm and they didn’t close til 8. Workers complained about me being there. Made my order a salad when it was supposed to be a sub and never fixed it. Argued with me that it was my issue and I told them I wanted a salad. I drove there for a sub lol. I even tipped before any of this happened. It's always a particularly busy sub shop, but the subs are amazing. They can get quite expensive quite quickly, but that is everything nowadays. It's an amazing sub. They should charge for smells when you walk in the door. By far one of the best places to get a freshly shaved deli sub in Florence. #19 is the one to order, has all the goods.

I took a trip back home, so I had to visit one of my old favorite food spots I loved to eat at when I was a teenager. It's still the same authentic, delicious, tasty cuts of deli meats. Best salads in town, although 301 drive-in is a "rival" when it comes to salads. 😋 There is no place like home 😊🥰. The place closes at 9pm. I get there at 8:33 to order 1 sandwich. (July 15,2023). The regular staff is not there. I see 2 employees I've never seen before. I'm at drive thru and he comes to window and says they're closed. When I said they're open till 9 he said "well tonight we closed". I'm a regular there and I get a plain sandwich which takes them like under 2 minutes to fix. They were just hanging on the counter and talking. SMH Service: 1
