Worst lounge I’ve ever been in. Food is cold and badly presented. Furniture is dirty and broken. None of the charging stations work. Only redeeming feature of this lounge is the view onto the runway.

Loved the lounge. For Au$25 it’s a bang for your bucks as it includes a cozy lounge with great food, beverages and internet. Really liked the staff in the reception who was nice and welcoming. The service was really nice. Toilets are much cleaner compared to the public toilets in the airport. I didn’t use it but the bathrooms were clean and tidy too. Overall Place is really well maintained, clean and tidy. Enjoyed the 3 hours stay in here.
I visited Palm Strip Lounge in early morning, I am the first visitor for the day, and I opened the buffet. They served limited Sri Lankan breakfast and few western food options. I spent around 2.5 hours prior to my flight. Services are fine but they took more than 5 mins find my reservation. The receptionist lady is not that good in customer handling, she sees visitors as a pain for them. I enjoyed their Sri Lankan breakfast and tea. Tea pot was cold when I served tea, after complaining they gave me a hot black tea. Visitors can select Veg and non veg options.
Food which I tried.
1- Milk Rice – fresh and good taste. I ate 3 pcs with their 2 onion sambals.
2- Fish Ambulthiyal – flavors of fish is awesome.
3- Pan Cake – was bit hard and not fresh.
4- Idly – it was fresh and very soft, highly recommend for kids.
5- Seasonal fresh fruits – Papaya, Banana, Watermelon & pineapple
6- Black Tea – They have verity of Ceylon tea.
Got the Sri Lankan airlines Amex offer, which gave me access to this lounge.
The food here is excellent and we really enjoyed it. The service is great as well. Doing a great job in the service of food, keep it up.
This lounge is the worst of the worst. The lounge staff would rush you to finish and leave. The staff told me it was the final call when the boarding time hadn't even started. I don't know what they are rushing for. The food is ok but the experience terrible.

Few options of Sri Lankan, Indian and western cuisine for breakfast. Local soft drinks and tea, coffee available. Free WiFi and enough seating capacity (not sure if that's the case during peaks). Toilets are clean. Well maintained and cleaned. Nice view of the runaways, to watch flights 🛫 and 🛬. Helpful staff. Prepared food by Sri Lankan catering is delicious as always. There's room for further improvement to ensure an exceptional traveller experience.

It's a place ... not worth the visit. Was so hot inside. Food was mediocre and cold. Small variety. small Bathrooms. Same for men and women. was average.
It's not a lounge. You can't lounge there. The boarding areas were more welcoming and comfortable.

This is the lounge for Dragonpass and lounge key. Nothing to complain. Love their food. Not a huge spread but its good. I recommend the breakfast buffet. They give 100ml of free alcohol per person.
They have local news papers and TVs. Unlimited soft drinks and snacks.
Friendly staff. Always greeted with a smile.
