We came in on a Thursday evening after a funeral visitation and were immediately seated. We waited for 15-20 minutes with no contact, while a waitress helped a table next to us finish their meal/ticket. I finally asked the hostess what was going on and she said another waiter was our server, but then the waitress came over to take our drink order. The waiter was handling the other side of the restaurant so it was very confusing why he would be serving us. Our waiter made up for for the delay once he knew our table was his, but it was an unorganized/unfortunate/hold up for supper. Overall the food was very good and our waiter was very pleasant. Will, the host for Valentines Day was very polite & organized. Ppl were immediately seated with no backup. Awesome young man! Morgan, was an excellent server. She was very friendly & took time with us when ordering so we got what we ordered. Such a pleasure to have her as our server, such a pretty smile. Morgan was phenomenal! Very very disappointed. Spent ridiculous amount of money in December received an order that a three year old could of done better. Called was told they would replace that one dinner at my convenience, tried to redeem my order Will the manager (whom Iam almost positive is who I spoke with) says he has no recollection of this. Outback in Lincoln was okay. I got there late and I really wanted a medium Prime Rib Steak. They were out so I got a Medium Well Prime Rib. When it came out it was a Very Well Done Prime Rib. It was cold and so was the Au Jus Juice. The fries were awesome, my drink was good, and the salad was more than I could eat. The food was so delicious and our server was attentive. It's been a while since I had a French fry that was crispy yet still soft on the inside. Went to dinner here recently and was pleasantly surprised by the great time we had here! The food was great and came out super quick, the wait times were very low. Our steak was wrong twice on one and overcooked on another. Jessica's overall service was fantastic and did everything to try and make it right. Blooming onion was great. Salad was skimpy and subpar. Everything went bad. The menu said prime rib all day on weekends, when I ordered I was told that prime rib is only after 4. Then I ordered the reef and beef medium rare. It showed up well done. Visited this location on 12/27/23. Everything was perfect. The cook on the steak was spot on and it was seasoned well. I came in with a gift card for Christmas and the staff helped me figure out how to get the correct card number and PIN. I will definitely be returning.
