On Rice is simply amazing. Very tasty meals. Even my grandson loved everything. The potstickers and spring rolls are his fave! Their food was really good. Super friendly, happy, caring, staff. Food was amazing, the food alone was 10/10. Hours need to be changed because google said they close at 9:30 and they told us at 8:45 that they close in 15 minutes. Their sign outside says otherwise. The waitress was a whole different situation, needs some work definitely did not deserve what I tipped her. Everyone else was very polite and welcoming. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

I was extremely disappointed upon receiving my meal here. I ordered steamed vegetables and paid $14 for two handfuls of lightly steamed veggies. Waaaaay overpriced for that. We hadn't been to the Barkley location in awhile, but wanted to meet up with friends that lived nearby. Service was very attentive and helpful. We shared Panang Curry and two appetizers. What a DELIGHTFUL way to spend leisurely lunch. The staff graciously greeted and served us. They were conscious of their timing of courses and beverages. Our food was delicious 😋! We also each tried one of their specialty cocktails and they were innovative & tasty. Draft Sapporo in chilled glasses paired well with our meals. Terrible service. After waiting a while, we had to flag the Server down just to get our waters. When we were finally giving our order, the Server was unprofessional and unfriendly. When we finally got our food, it was awful. My Swimming Rama was cool, not even warm. My husband's Pad Thai had no flavor. Unfortunately, it was the worst Thai food we have ever had, to say the least. Trying to speak to a manager, is impossible. I have called twice. Very disappointing. The food is always good, service is generally good as well though I've had times where it was lacking. My biggest issue is their lack of accommodation around food restrictions. For instance if you can't eat the rice and noodles everything comes with, you cannot get anything to replace them unless you pay extra... So you just get less food for the same price.
