I have always found it ironic that the bar preceded by the transients, jailbirds, and derelicts in general is right across the street from the police station. Avoid this place. Unless you wanna see what the underbelly of Sioux City looks like

My first time I came to this bar was wen I went bar hopping for my 21st birthday. The bartenders were fun gud people. I stayed away after a gud friend who was a bartender passed away. But gud memories with him. It's been years since I've been there. So like around 5 months ago i went back just to check it out. I recognized a few faces nd one of the original bartenders was still there ,an awesome lady. I got familiarized again nd made friends with one of the bartenders, who treats me great. Nd now we're actually dating. So the Rail isn't a bad place it's an AWESOME PLACE! I WUD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HAVE A GUD DRINKING EXPERIENCE!

Very much fun. There for a couple of friends birthdays. Awesome Bartender, very courtious and always checking for people that could use a new drink! Fun time!!

No Wi-Fi, cash only, and relatively small. Clientele are older and several middle age, all rambling when they get drunk. This really puts a new definition of dive in Webster. The bartender was kind, and the place definitely has character!

I was afraid the first time I went in but after that I realize there's a lot of veterans a lot of respectful people and I enjoyed it very much even more than I did the Country Club. Come down and meet some new people and don't judge, have fun be yourself. Great prices, also.
