People who give good reviews ( anything above a mandated 1) is an employee or paid actor. The service is so bad , its unbelievable ( for me personally: Racist). I went there myself and experienced it personally. I was the first customer when it opened, ordered first and served last ( very last). I immediately lost my appetite. Management is useless, so many unemployed people and these are the ones that are employed its so sad. The place needs new management altogether. Id rather die than come back here...DIE. Google asking me what food i recommend at this establishment? i recommend you go to Cuppacinos, Spur or Mugg and Bean next door. How is this for a top up of calamari heads for R55. 00. It is a huge disappointment. Really not impressed. And the food was cold. Such a shame. Dont mind paying, but this was not a pleasant experience. Second time that this same branch was n bad experience.

I enjoyed the seafood platter for two. I will definitely be coming back for more. The service was good, I got my food on time. The parking is plenty. Well now, one would think that with a brand name like OB all over different places... there will be a certain level of service and quality of food that one can recognize with the brand... ho wrong was I, from the service to food and then was the management... wow, I don't think the ocean had more salt than my starter, then came the mains, with chips that cold you will think u are in JNB middle of winter... all of this reported to management for the manager to question me on how cold is it and what the issue was with that... cold food no thank you... This was an uter waste of time, money, and energy, worst meal I ever had to pay for... management of this restaurant is welcome to get in touch with me... I will gladly share a piece of mind with them about how much worse can service and food really get... Disgusting service, pathetic food, management with no skill... How can one place get all wrong.... amazing none less... So to add, George from the store did give me a call... we chatted about the issue, then were told by George he will come back to me the same day...
