The stars are for the atmosphere. Make sure you check what you order. Everything had something missing. The english menu was not translated properly. They did give us a discount. The supreme waffles were not supreme. The omelette was missing cheese. The coffee was watered down They forgot all the extras Both the enchiladas were missing eggs and we found out after when the table got theirs French toast… was one toast. One single toast for 20$

We really enjoy O’Tan. The food is excellent & the service is wonderful. What could be better than eating delicious, healthy food while soaking up the serene & tranquil surroundings of the lush Riviera Maya jungle.

Our 4 orders were completely wrong. It took at least 5 times to get what we wanted. The waffles description was wrong and had to change the order to get something else. Our enchiladas never came with eggs. Our extra add-ons were never there and the cheese was missing on the omelette. Luckily they gave us 15% discount to apologize.
