Hub and i have visited here numerous times over the past 7 years, seating inside and outside. Staff and food used to be good, but this September on our holiday we have been very disappointed..staff are not attentive! Food presentation not good now, salads etc.. Toilets very poor standard. Staff have changed, and not for the better, experienced some ignorance and rudeness. We won't visit now, and far better restaurants in the area. Nice sunny cafe in the heart of the downtown. Good variety of offerings, including more hearty breakfasts. Very affordable.

Very average, try and find somewhere better. Service was terrible: we had to ask for a menu, and the waitress did not seem to understand the dishes, even though I tried to help her; and we had to fetch our own condiments. Having said that, the food was OK (although I'd have preferred my veal less well cooked, but I wasn't asked). We won't be going again. Not recommended.

This place is a turist trap! It turns out the whole block, comprising several restaurants and a bar/cafe belong to the same enterprise/owner and are served by the same kitchen, with the same menu and waiters. I was disappointed.

Food is fresh but needs more staff. Service is incredibly slow. Not the waiter's fault - they clearly don't have enough help to serve all customers in a reasonable amount of time. We've been frequenting this restaurant for brunch for several years but both service and the food have gone down in that time. On our last visit service was very slow, our order did not all come out together and the toast/toasties are made with thick, formed bread and are greasy. This must be the worst service I ever had in my entire life. Took ages to order and the waitress did not speak English, when my order was ready, it looked like the brought it to another table, then the waitress came back with some cold chips which was part of the order. After 10 mins I got an under cooked pizza that was ok, but undercooked. I asked for ketchup and mayo twice and tried to ask for salt and pepper, but while I was still talking, the waitress was gone. Never got ketchup and mayo. Then there was another waitress, I said excuse me several times and she looked at me and said nothing, just ignored me. She also threw the stuff on the table when clearing it and ignored all customers trying to get her attention. This is horundues service. I see now they charged me wrong as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
