best sandwich bar in the airport! i am amazed by all choices of condiments they have. the display is great and tempting. the staff were nice, polite and friendly. one of them who helped me in the cashier are amazing. BAD SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE CASHIER WHO WEAR HIJAB! PLEASE CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE! Really dissapointed. I choose salad menu with the onsen egg , and she changed it into regular boiled egg WITHOUT INFORM ME WHEN I ORDERED, BUT HER ATTITUDE WAS THE MAIN PROBLEM, SHE DON’T WANT TO ADMIT IF SHE WAS WRONG OR AT LEAST SAY SORRY BECAUSE NOT MENTIONED ME AT FIRST . Even the way she talk to me is very rude, feels like it was my fault. I don't mind paying the most expensive in KLIA T1 but I do mind not having my favourite crisps without any compensation!!! There is also no sign to indicate that there are no crisps. Staff have bad attitude, very unresponsive. The pesto pasta is ridiculously bad, it has 0 flavor, the most flavorful thing on that plate is the toast! Salad taste way better due to the dressing and the price for 2 items cost more than rm50, will be avoiding this place in the future.

Entire staffs are so rude and unprofessional. We ordered foods more than number of our pax but the casher was showing unpleasant face because we didnt order drinks. Dont know true or not tho, the casher said that they get incentive from drinks. + another male staff didnt notice that I was there and said that 'problematic'. Staff do not greet and welcome customers properly. Food preparation was poor. Missing out items from my sandwiches ordered. Hygiene issue. Did not wrap sandwiches properly. Messy. Slow service. Rolled eyes to customers when asked about missing items. When asked about chips they said none given for takeaway orders when in fact chips are given by other outlets in KL and PJ even for takeaways. They said different outlets different SOP and ways in preparing order. What even?? The rest of the reviews for this outlet is ACCURATE.
