Peabody Winkstickler once told me about a grocery store deli that was so good at their craft the local police department had to close them down because they created traffic jams and gridlock at every intersection in their area with people trying to get there. He'd walk there every day for lunch, but he'd phone his order in the night before and ask them to leave it in the produce dept. the next day at 11:30 I believe the grocery store he was talking about is this very same Nugget Market! My sandwiches were Amazing! But don't tell anyone because we don't want history to repeat itself. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Such a fantastic selection of everything! My favorite is the bakery section and non- alcoholic beverage refrigerated section!

This grocery store has always been unique. You can find various items in this market that you might find at Sprouts, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe's. The prices at this market used to be very reasonable. But after 2008 when the housing market crashed, the apartments near greenhaven became filled with individuals that were having a hard time, I noticed since their customer base now includes more EBT customers Nuggets prices have gone up exponentially. I think it is unreasonably higher priced then Woodland or Elk Grove CA. But their fresh food counter, coffee drink bar and dessert counters are great!

This is a fantastic place to shop they have all sorts of good and some unique foods. If you're from the Bay area it'll remind you of the old Petrini's where you get great service great foods and hard to find foods. The photos below are for the Nugget on Florin near highway 5.
I feel like the rich and famous when I enter this place. Its well kept, organized, and the employees are helpful and friendly. Also not to mention its a plethora for the health minded customers.
It's a fairly expensive grocery store, similar to a whole foods. They have a good variety in their produce and it's been good quality. I wish their meat section had more options, but it's a smaller store. Does have some pretty good selection of food they make there, it's good quality

Butcher shop service sucks. After patiently waiting for the butcher shop employee's attention I'm greeted with "Need something". Not usually picky about these kinds of things but I was a little taken aback. Meat locker drug dealer. Oh well... A small amount of customer service training may be in order.

Very similar to a whole foods type of store. Had soap that I normally order online or Whole Foods keeps it and they had it. I was up in Sacramento so that was ideal. I went to get food as they have a fresh Deli I was informed and it was possibly a little larger than WF but "similar' types of foods offered, with chilli other odd and unusual spices not used in Fresno. All with a slight twist and new name but all as appetizing and presented in the most mouth watering displays behind the glass or the Salad bar self-serve area. So a small snack ended up multiple bags of $100+ worth of salad and chicken coated delights with $25 cold stick of prawns and other goodies. Just like WF so the experience was just as it is in my local store. Just a new name and we'll displayed selections, so my advice is (as I would know better if I was at home), never shop when your hungry or your wallet will take a hit. Seating is provided inside but not enough and we sat in the car. Starbucks next door are wise to this and had 1 picnic bench style outside that was in use and 2 or 3 small tables with 1 chair for each. 4 stars only due to spending far more than I wanted and no space to eat it. But glad they had the $8 soap bar.
Very clean and well stocked store, but expensive products. Friendly employees. Hot food bar and sandwiches made upon request. Good food too.
Easy in and out. Great selection of lunch items. They had everything I needed for my meal already prepared.
