Despite the replies from the staff about the feedback of 1 or less star-non-customers and calling them/us "frustrated" or hiding themselves behind the label of being a "manufacturer, therefore it's ok to be sold out", here is a take on the management and business model of an obviously well known bakery which (based on the timeline and the reporting here) doesn't care to not sell and losing potential customers or market multiplicators: I doubt it, we are frustrated, we are more likely confused. When a shop produces by itself and sees, the amount is not enough, it's the owner's decision, not to change the numbers. Not listening to the customers and to suggest to put us on an order-list, is ridiculous and causes an artificial shortage which is not caused by the customer but by the management. When you're open for 5/6 hours a day and the product is gone after 2 hours, produce more or change the opening hours. No matter if you call yourself a "manufacturer". You obviously do not manufacture enough. This take can't say anything about the quality. As also all the other people after me today in the hours after 9.45. This non-review wants only to point out, and advice you, if you want to buy a bread, don't bother to try to get one here. They're not selling any (in my case) and based on the reviews online, I'm not alone. If you feel, you want an original PRL-experience as a tourist, this is the place for you: "towaru nie mamy" (we have nothing to sell) was the every day "hello". Note to myself, I should read the 1-stars reviews upfront.
