I am torn. I visited summer '22 and I loved it: I really like the chef here (same as Fisha) and the food was regional, fresh and beautifully served. But my recent visit, early June '23 was a bit disappointing. 5 people seated at the table for 4 with only 2 sets if cutlery. A teenager not given a menu (presumed illiterate?). We waited 40 minutes for cold starters. It seemed like the whole staff was learning how to wait on tables. Additionally the atmosphere was a bit spoiled by a squeaky fan above my head. The only part that deserved 5 stars (and the most important part) was food. Delicious cold beetroot soup and mouthwatering beef tartar. Crunchy pizza and surprising potato puree. Great food! I will come back again and see if the staff learned how to do their jobs. And then I will happily give 5 stars.
