Truly delightful atmosphere, excellent service and very tasty food make this spot an excellent choice for a meal.
The team were attentive and accommodating to food allergies/preferences and made recommendations and checked in with the kitchen on a few options, to ensure guest safety.
The food was flavorful and well-prepared and the portion sizes were good. The cocktails and mocktails are also fantastic. The only thing that was a bit of miss for us, was the pita flatbread that was served with our hummus appetizer, but the hummus itself was great and it was also served with fermented/pickled carrots.
We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely return soon.

What a gem!!! It's unlike any of the other restaurants we ate at in Cayman. It has this vibe where you don't even feel you're at a restaurant. It's quiet, the setting is the most beautiful, the staff felt like old friends and it was so DELICIOUS. We loved it. I wish we would have gone during the daytime because I bet the view is gorgeous! It's maybe a little out of the way of the main restaurants but it gave it this quiet experience where you felt like you were somewhere else. We loved the staff and they were so kind and brought us this beautiful dessert as it was our last night. I would ABSOLUTELY go there again!! It was perfection! Also, very sweet with kids. Thank you NOVA :)

Delicious food, great service and staff, beautiful and chill ambiance. Kid and pet friendly. We ordered the NOVA burger and the garlic prawns, both were excellent. Drinks were tasty too. Servers went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend this place for anyone to enjoy a lunch or dinner out. I am uncertain if they have a dessert menu as that would've made it a 5 star experience for me. For now 4.5.

I'll be back for sure, and very soon. There is a lot to be said about this restaurant experience, but I'll keep it short. Location: on the beach, feet in the sand, optional. Walk out onto the pier, also optional. The general seating is around the pool area overlooking the ocean. Staff: very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The service was above what some of the better restaurants deliver. Food: simply amazing. Whether it was the octupos sushi, grilled oyster, my taste buds were delicately pleased. Drink options outstanding. Finally, dinner finished up with scrumptious carrot cake, like I've never had before.

I cannot speak more highly of Gregor and the entire team at Nova.
We went slightly left field when we selected Nova for our wedding. At the time, they hadn't hosted one yet and there was a raft of renovations planned between then and our nuptials.
Our faith in Nova was rewarded a thousand times over.
The venue, the location, the sunset, the rainbow, the food, the drinks, the staff, and even the district wide power cut all came together to make our wedding day the most memorable day of our lives.
Nothing was a problem for this fantastic team - whether it was mopping a floor or changing a table's position; adding candles for the power cut or finding my nephews some ice cream - they performed one of the most perfect evening service I have witnessed or enjoyed whilst making it all look effortless.
Nova may well be the "new kid on the block" as a venue and in their infancy for weddings, but they soon will be the most sort after venue.
Even if you aren't planning a wedding or a party you should come and enjoy their regular meal services as their menu is incredibly well thought out and their drinks perfectly balanced (compliments I do NOT offer easily to any establishment).
Nova are on the map now and they deserve to be at the very top of everyone's "must visit" list.

We LOVED Nova! The food and drinks were so good (still dreaming about the fried oysters)! The ambiance was awesome too. As good as the food and atmosphere was, our server was absolutely incredible. Jesus was so well informed regarding my dietary restrictions due to pregnancy and was so accommodating and friendly! We will 100% be back!

Took a little journey out to Nova , a new place! Gorgeous view. Great service from Jesus (he doesn’t turn water into wine, but makes great drink recommendations). Creative and very tasty menu. Nice vibe. Compliments to Gregor and his team. Visit soon before the word gets out and it gets crowded. Divetech will reopen up the dive shop on site soon 👍

Must Go. Probably the most peaceful and beautiful resort and restaurant to hangout with the whole family. Gregor the GM and part owner was so incredibly welcoming. My wife and I drank wine while our daughter swam in their pool. The food was excellent too! If you and your family want to beat the hussel and bussel at 7 mile Beach for a day go to NOVA and enjoy a beautiful, peaceful day while being waited on like royalty.
