I purchase cakes for teacher and holiday gifts here every year, but unfortunately, this year will be the last time. When I walked in I couldn't help but notice how dirty the store was. The glass case that holds the cake had a thick layer of dust (see picture). I ordered some bundtlets and had them gift wrapped, not paying much attention, but when I got home I noticed that many of them looked dry and were crumbling. The lack of cleanliness alone is enough not to return.

Always been satisfied with my online orders. Cakes are fresh and delicious. Only thing I’d like them to take into consideration is to find a better way to place flavor indicative labels on cup cakes inside containers. I’ve been having hard time figuring that out on my past couple orders.
We celebrated my daughter's birthday in The Woodlands, TX Texas last year. Having Nothing Bundt Cakes provide the birthday cake and cupcakes was the best decision! This amazing treats are incredibly moist and flavorful but also light. Tasty is the word to describe this cakes. Basically I love this place and their service and will recommend everyone to go here!
Every time I come into the store; I am always greeted with a lovely hello. I usually get my favorite, which is White Chocolate Raspberry, but I have tried and loved other flavors, too (Oreo Cookie, Blueberry Bliss to name two). When I'm torn between two of them, I can always get some help from the employee about what I might like based on my favorite one. If it isn't busy, I might have an opportunity to get to know the employee and their name, etc., or share what the occasion is.

White Chocolate Raspberry
The cake that was purchased was stale and seemed old, I noticed initially when I went to slice how it crumbled, it left a horrible after taste. I usually order from the Atascocita location, in which I love. Their products are always fresh, moist and provide excellent customer service. I spoke to the manager onsite, advised her if my concerns. There was no empathy, no apology, no resolution or etc. she told me “bring the cake back and I will then call and ask my manager if you can be compensated”. The if part alarmed me. And bring back, after I disclosed to her I lived in another city and I only resulted in utilizing that location due to it being the only one open. She need a refresher course on people skills training, managerial training and just common courtesy. I’m also doing a google review and my social media platforms will include my experience. It was horrible. The only time she seemed considerate was when she called to make sure i knew the location closed at 4, my pick up time was 12 and she contacted me at 12:08.
I placed an order in advanced online, got to the store and it didn't go through. The people were nice and prepared my order in the spot quickly. I ordered White Chocolate Raspberry and the tag said it is that flavor, but once I gave a slice to everyone they said it was Lemon (yellow breading on photo). So lucky I didn't take a bite on time when that was figured out because I'm allergic to Citrus Fruits. For the people that ate it said it was too sweet, so not many finished their slices. I was sad to say I didn't get to enjoy my Birthday cake that I order once a year. This place is about an hour away from me, so haven't been able to physically make a claim about this mistake. Just please make sure workers are being more careful when labeling because that could of been a horrible situation for this store.
I always buy cakes here at this bakery, so I finally got a bad cake. I really didn’t want the hassle of returning it but I thought well I spent $42. I made the call and they said bring it back and we ill give you another one. I made a long trip and brought the cake and Barbara the manager told me “no they would not give me another cake”. She was very rude and unprofessional and lost a customer over $42 which to me is ridiculous. These Bundt cakes are “usually” delicious and I will just buy from another place.
Love the cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes! We ordered a cake for Thanksgiving and picked it up on Wednesday. I thought it would be crazy busy, but they got everyone in and out in no time. Very friendly staff!
So i came today to get w cake for a family celebration and was extremely excited when i saw the shop have some decorations for Ramadan. Extremely happy on how the shop thought of this occasion and show the great diversity we have in Houston community.
Ordered online couple of days in advance. I specially asked to keep it chilled considering the hot temperatures still when I picked up it was not chilled at all. When cut it started falling apart. So we decided to keep it back in the fridge after cake cutting ceremony. When got out of the fridge after couple of hours it was still crumbling. Never had this experience before. I was disappointed with the quality of the cake this time. It felt like it was baked a day earlier or so. Not sure if I will order again.
