Good food, slow service. I go here a lot and am never disappointed with the quality of the food. My favorite things to get are the med salad, Japanese pan noodles, and zuchinni shrimp scampi. The shrimp is always really good! I just wish the service was faster. When I order food, it is cold by the time I arrive for pickup. Today at 7 o’clock would it appears to be the manager got cut in his finger was not wearing gloves. Nobody in the back cooking the food was wearing gloves. Super disappointing super disgusting not recommending this to anybody. I’m gonna report this to noodles and Company themselves. The manager Nathan did an exceptional job helping us with our order. He worked extremely well under the pressure of a busy night and was extremely patient with my coupon situation. The traditional Mac and cheese isn’t as creamy as I’d like it, but that’s just me. The self-serve (straws/napkins) area was messy and not well stocked. Worst, though, is this is just one more fast food place which prompts you for a tip when you order, while the cashier stares at you. Low class.
