A lot of reviewers think that the service is fast. Noodles & Company offers you dishes at low prices. The cozy atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more guests. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Second time in a row I’ve hit the “no parmesan” button and it’s come like this.. COVERED in parmesan. I apparently need to check the bag now before leaving to make sure this direction wasn’t missed. Really frustrating! Giving 4 stars though since normally they’re good and I don’t wanna misrepresent our overall experience here (it’s a go to spot!). I really like the place, people are good and efficient but there's certain things that are just not good. Of course Mac and cheese etc, no problems there. But Pad Thai is absolutely the worst thing I've had in years. There's a couple good things on the menu but some things are bad. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We come here pretty often and usually the service is ok. Please note I work in the restaurant industry and understand things happen. However tonight was just absolutely terrible. We arrived 10 mins before rush hour and we got our food last. We received our food 45 mins later as there were multiple mistakes. First, they gave our food to the wrong people. When they brought our food they brought it out with no protein even though we had paid for extra protein, the food was extremely cold and so I mentioned it to the employee and no solution was offered. A simple warming of the food could of done it. Since there was no solutions offered and employees didn’t seem to care we took our food home to heat up and eat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When we arrived it was shortly before closing time. Most places rush you with ordering or tell you certain items are not available due to prepping for close. Our cashier Turua greeted us with a smile and asked how our night was going. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. He reminded me to check my rewards membership. I actually had a discount that I was able to utilize. The setting was very clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I would would highly recommend this Noodles location to others! My husband and I came in about 10 minutes before closing on a very cold night and felt really bad about coming in so close to closing time but we were kindly greeted by Brenda and helped right away. She was so sweet and kind and went above and beyond for us! We really appreciated her service and the other workers making our meals after already having cleaned. We have always had a great experience with this location and Brenda is especially wonderful! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our order is wrong absolutely every time. I’m not sure why I continue to throw money at this place. It’s not that hard to read an order and make the adjustments requested. If I ask for something to not be included, don’t include it. I couldn’t even eat my food and only discovered it when I got back home. It could be really important if there is a food allergy. I leave feedback with the restaurant specifically and never hear back, never get offered a refund. This was my last time ordering tonight. Ordered from Doordash but it wasn't their fault, it was NOODLES! When we got our food... 😳😳😳 My pot stickers were *flat* *flat* and I had absolutely NO sauce on my noodles. When I called the location to let them know what had happened, the stupid gal behind the phone said that the pot stickers were flat because of the grill... Ummm... They're pan fried, not grilled. 🤦‍♀️ I asked if they had a new cook.... Nope. So sad. Not ordering from here again. My dog enjoyed the food though. What a waste.

When we were handed our stapled bag there were even pen parks indicating that someone had checked the order however half the order was missing. We were too far away to go back. FOOD WAS AMAZING!! Spicy Korean was incredible Restauraunt was DIRTY As several tables were not clean so it was hard to find a place to sit Never saw anyone cleaning the whole time there :/ Floors had DAYS of dirt. Lights had bugs and dust all.over them It means the kitchen isn't cleaned much either I'd bet. We won't be back to this location
