I placed an online pickup order here this past Monday as I was super excited to try them having seen this place on various social media platforms. This was my first time here. I ordered the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles with extra beef, a side of mac and cheese, and a drink. I arrived early and waited patiently for my pickup time to arrive before going in to get my things. Let me say, the place was very clean, in a cute location, and the staff were very professional and nice. My issue isn't with them at all. I got outside and decided to dive right into my food and was immediately unimpressed. I was expecting something flavorful and delicious and it was just bland. I got the spicy and cilantro immediately but that's it. It's like the dish had no salt or other flavors at all! I took a sip of my diet Dr. Pepper with cherry flavoring and it tasted like seltzer water. Even more disappointment. I took about three disappointing bites in the parking lot, then drove home where I added more spices and salt to give it some flavor. Only then was it edible and enjoyable. I still haven't eaten the mac and cheese. To be honest, I'm a little afraid to try it but I will eventually. In all the order cost $25.48, and I don't feel it was worth it at all. Awesome experience, amazinggg food. Probably the freshest I've ever had at any Noodles. Our cook, Kristy, was amazing. She was so kind!! Our food was so good, came out hot and tasted amazing. She served with a smile and she was a true delight. She deserves some recognition, fabulous customer service. Will definitely be back because of Kristy! If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered from this location for several athletes during their break in the rooms. This order was from the Noodles App. When order was delivered we only received 1/3 of what was placed. When called and stated they needed to bring out the remaining items as the bag was still sitting there. Was rudely informed not their problem as its is a 3rd party that does everything. That may be the case however it does not concern me as I ordered directly from the Noodles App not a 3rd Party. No have to figure something else out and be out of pocket as no receipt of a refund. Great place for a good plate of food. The portions are perfect and my Korean spicy noodles were great. I love the place for its friendly and helpful staff. It’s clean and has a nice ambiance to it. It also has outdoor seating which will be great when it’s warm. I wanna come back for some other dishes

First time at Noodles and Company, and I will be back again. Ordered stroganoff with a side salad and zoodles & shrimp covered in black truffle cheese sauce with a side salad. Delicious! We also enjoyed pot stickers! Everuthing came out quickly, and the food was fresh. Awesome service.

Got my daughter a kids meal and the bottom of the gogo squeeze apple sauce pouch, that comes with the meal was covered in mold. Absolutely disgusting…. Then we told them and they didn’t say anything. My spouse and I ordered Delivery the other night and it was delicious 😋. Improvements in Delivery may be possible however, in the future, in remembering the extra parmesan requested. (This isn't a big issue but in my experience, when delivering, companies typically forget the extras. And if we don't point it out, it will never be fixed.) Peanut Sauce doesn't exist here. The pad Thai (although amazing) I don't think most people want to eat dessert when they order pad Thai. Tastes like 2 cups of sugar boiled with soy sauce and herbs/noodles thrown in. I only got one napkin for my order, and I'm still hungry after finishing my meal.
