You'll never go wrong with the premium beef or brisket. But if you prefer more infused flavors then go for the brisket. Both are tender and soup is good. You can ask for spicy levels (see image) and noodle preferences as it is hand pulled. Big portions so come in an empty stomach. Our 3 yr got a free small noodle plate which she still can't finish. The half bowl for our 7 yr old is also still big 🤣. Nevertheless, highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I can recommend this place. Food was really tasty and as other said before noodles have been made freshly. Portions are huge, and I being a good eater was full after this meal. Other reviews which say noodles are soft just don't know how fresh noodles are and how they taste. So great place to go to get authentic ramen. This is no doubt the best beef noodle soup I have had outside of my home country. I have struggled to find a place where the noodles are handmade, beef so tender to the point it falls apart, soup so clear and yet flavourful. This is such a hidden gem of a place and deserves more attention (it already has from the Asian population in town it seems at least! :)) The food was perfect and the price are fair (and honestly cheap in my opinion), staff was friendly, there is also a good selection of salad on the side with coffee/tea too. The only thing I must say is that the portion is HUGE (for me at least xD) but even my partner struggled to finish his food and he eats A LOT. Nice noodles with decent price, handmade noodles are the best, the soup is a bit salty for me, but I usually tell them to make it less salty, and they can adjust it for the customer.

The dishes are good and portions are very generous. This is all about the noodles, and the noodles taste amazing. Overall, the dishes are missing this spark that would make them memorable and willing to have them often. But it's definitely worth trying. A 4-star rating for Noodle Master

Best Chinese Ramen noodle in Sweden or even the Europe. Strongly recommend, especially the rice noodles and vegetables which are free to eat when you order the noodle.

High quality noodles and broth. Meat was ok. Tasty salad. Big portion in a nice bowl. Overall the best noodles I've had in this part of Sweden. Waited almost an hour and had to ask where my food was. People dropping in later got theirs before me. When I recieved it they said the dish took longer than other dishes but others had ordered the same thing. I think they forgot about me but maybe say something about cooking time if it's gonna take an hour when people drop in during lunch hours... Recommend but don't be in a rush.
