Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had! Bright, vibrant flavors and innovative combinations. Can’t wait to go back! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $500–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Rambo Roll
I never expected to find delicious sushi in Mexico, but here it is! Fresh caught fish, superb flavor combinations, and craft beer on the menu make this one place not to miss! We ordered the wantons and gyoza and both were absolutely delicious. We also got the Noah, Emma, Colorado, and Sin Nombre rolls and none disappointed. I especially liked the sweet heat combination of mango, cucumber, lettuce, and serrano chilies in the Sin Nombre! Went to Noah’s per a recommendation of a long time local for Mothers Day dinner and it was super special. The wontons and Noah roll were my favorites. The atmosphere was secluded, quaint, clean, and the staff friendly. Everything we ordered was amazing and fresh. Presentation was beautiful. Pricing was great too. Apparently, there’s another Noah’s in T.S. with rooftop dining but I thought this place was special. FYI- they only take cash, no credit cards.

This place is nothing short of amazing. I’ve been here EVERY time I’ve been to Cerritos/Todos Santos area and I’m ashamed I haven’t left a review sooner. Service is great and friendly. We ordered the Noah’s sashimi plate (always fresh and delicious), hamachi Kama (perfectly cooked with a crispy skin and tender center) and a couple rolls. Seriously, you’d be missing out if you skipped this place!
We went to Noah because our usual spot was closed. We were all blown away. Best sushi I’ve had in Baja. Highly recommend checking it out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Very good margiritas, very tasty meals. They fileted a tuna in front of us and served up an excellent sashimi. We suggest early dining as the kitchen is meticulous small, and everything is made to order. Excellent, fresh, quality sushi made in a traditional Japanese way. We went for lunch and had the yellow tail nigiri which we ate before the photos, the yellow tail and the chicken teriyaki (chicken teriyaki pictured) which were cooked perfectly and the flavors were spot on and the chefs special yellow tail sashimi which was delicious! We have been in Mexico a month and tried a few other sushi restaurants in different areas, but this has been by far the best quality. The rice is correctly cooked and seasoned and you don’t have to order something with cream in it. I’d been craving some good Japanese and they hit the spot for me! The price was also good and the staff/owners are super friendly and speak English, which is helpful for those of us with limited Spanish.

What a sweet spot in El Pescadero. We love sushi and sashimi. I have two photos here of the rolls we ate last night. I didn't take one of the sashimi as I was so hungry I just started right in. This is the second time we've been to Noah Sushi and I sure hope they do well and stay open, so we can eat there at least once a week. So yummy and Leon is such a friendly, good man.
