We really enjoyed this place! The food was excellent, and the service was friendly and on point. I had spring rolls and chicken pho, and they both exceeded my expectations. Our server did everything possible to accommodate our friends who had never had Pho before. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pho was good, our family love going there. But this time I’m so disappointed. My bill was $33.75, I signed the receipt and left. Today I checked my credit card, it was charged $38.75. Are you taking your own tips? I stop giving tips because the young lady who serves food never says hi or not even smiles. I can’t give you another review so I’m leaving my message here. You insult the costumer for saying the truth. You think you provide the best service?The second time I was there you instructed me how to sit on your table. How to put my chair ect. I didn’t take it serious that is why I was still there. If you can’t accept the fact that the service lady does not friendly at all, then I can’t help (maybe just with us). I didn’t know that you take your own tips from my card. Ya honestly, I don't really understand about your tips percentage. You meant, no matter how the hell service you provide, still I need to give tips? Don’t worry there are plenty of nice restaurants in town. I don’t west my time giving bad reviews to businesses places unless I have a bad experience. Instead of trying to improve your service, you insulted me that I am unscrupulous? That’s sounds ridiculous. One last for you, don’t judge people on their race, or look low on others. If you can’t tolerate the negative reviews then work harder for your business so that you can get 5 stars. People have all the right to give comments when we spend money and not satisfied with your services.

This is my FAVORITE place to get Pho 🍜 I always get the vegetarian pho and the tofu is grilled perfectly every time! The broth is always amazing and the staff is pleasant and kind. I’ve never had a bad experience and I go weekly! Service Dine in Price per person $1–10

For all the people who loves pho but thinks colorado has terrible Vietnamese food, go here! This is the one of the few places that actually has fantastic tasting Vietnamese food. This place is kinda pricey, but they do delivery the goods for what they charge. I used to live in Denver, and this place blows away many of those pho shops. You won't be disappointed. The beef noodle bowl had an overall sweetness. The beef, carrots and marinated veggies in the bowl were sweet. I’ve been before and this was different. Fresh Spring rolls with grilled meats were very good and the pnut sauce is fine. The fish sauce is delish. Honestly I couldn’t find any good pho around the area and where I use to live, at Denver I loved the pho there but I ever since I moved into loveland there wasn’t any good pho around the area. When I found about new pho I gave it a shot cause I was tired of driving to Denver just to have pho, new pho is actually one of my favorite spots now here in Colorado and I can’t stop going to it because of how good the pho is and not also that it’s more convenient for my time. I think everyone will love this place otherwise I wouldn’t be reviewing this right now !! This is a great little place! Always delicious and my kids love their food! Very limited seating for large group but can be done! Very Veggie friendly which is an extra plus for me and my family.
