My first time there i ordered 2 boneless spare ribs the only had one made i waited they offered me nothing for my inconvenience. Then they put no sauces or napkins in the bag. They refused delivery for only having my tab and a tip. Then tried to act like they were doing my a favor. The the woman started suggesting more food in order for then to deliver. Some dishes were excellent - beef and broccoli had tons of beef and was tasty, bbq ribs were meaty and plentiful. Some things were disappointing though - egg drop soup tasted like it was cooked/heated in a dirty pan, it tasted heavily of used oil and I ended up throwing it all out. Staff was super friendly though. Will probably give them another try and update rating accordingly. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I have been getting takeout and delivery from the folks at New Panda for over 5 years now. I work in Springfield and to be honest it's the only place I will order "take out Chinese" from. Their food is always fresh and I have never had a problem with it ever being "off". The owners are very friendly and work hard to produce a quality product day in and day out. They have a few things on their menu that is unique to them which is a welcomed change. Try any of their Ginger (shrimp / chicken), Mango (Shrimp, Chicken) and their version of a beef dim sum (comparable to a Japanese shumai). You won't be disappointed.

My household has ordered many times from this restaurant in the last 6 months. Only place I can find good cheesesteak rolls outside of the city! Haven't been disappointed yet about the quality of protein. Have fun exploring something new! Thank you!

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place! we order delivery here at least twice a month. The general TSO's is awesome. We also get BBQ beef sticks, my boyfriend loves these. It reminds him of a place he used to go to as a young kid. They have good quality food and they have been CONSISTENT, which is so important. Thanks guys!

I order a lot from these guys usually over the phone. I used to brag about their food. So today I ordered using doordash and the food made me sick. The chicken was slimy and clumped together. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is you should have consistency in what you give to people. Whether you know who the customer is or not. Idk who could stomach that but God bless them.

Food was delivered in a timely manner, but wasn't edible enough for me. It was extremely salty (Chick-fil-A's nuggets aren't this salty and they contain MSG). Also, I am wondering how old the broccoli is that I received. Some of it looks it was microwaved multiple times. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I order food from them a lot and I’ve never had problems with it but a couple weeks ago I’d found a roach inside my food and obviously I’m not gonna continue to eat, so I called and told them about the bug and they said that they didn’t have roaches or any bugs there but obviously they did if it was in my food anyway, I then asked for a refund and they never gave me anything back since so if you’re reading this I suggest you shouldn’t buy from them. It was so bad I would give them 0 stars but that’s not possible so I’m gonna give them a one. Anyways have a blessed day☺️🖕🏻

Average takeout Chinese food experience. Price to quality is average, portions are generous. They took down my order on the phone, but it didn’t make it from the cashier to the cook, so I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. They gave me a free drink as compensation, which was kind. There are only two tables inside, so I wouldn’t stop in to eat.

I just ordered food off of DoorDash and oh my goodness this is amazing! I can’t seem to ever find a Chinese food place that has consistency in all the dishes I order and this place delivered! Thank you so much, this pregnant mama is completely content. Plus it was still just as hot as if I were dining in. This is my new go to place! :)
