The food was absolutely amazing. Easily a top three dinner experience I’ve had in my whole life. Andres was an amazing host and expertly described the dishes and why they were special. Refined and creative flavours with a modern twist, served in an intimate space. The starters and deserts tasted wonderful, with the pork taco being one of the best taco I have ever had. Sadly, the grilled octopus was way too oily, so I had only one bite of it. Not sure if bad dish or bad luck. Still a very beautiful fine dining experience - highly recommended for foodies. Incredible experience! Set-menu only, we did the 5 course option with wine pairings.🍷 Definitely worth it to do the wine pairing as they were all Mexican wines I’d never tried before. I’m vegetarian and was super impressed with the fact that they made me a custom vegetarian tasting menu. Price-wise this place is a splurge, but totally worth it! Do not miss this culinary experience. Each detail in the setting is so thoughtfully selected. The wine list is beautiful. Their enthusiasm for the preparation of each dish is contagious. The scallops and octopus are to die for. When Michelin comes to Mexico, they will swoon over NEMI. This was one of the best tasting menus I have ever tried. Wonderful escalation of flavors. The perfect amount of food. Do yourself a favor and try the non alcohol pairing, the drinks were so creative and delicious! They made my husbands birthday magical. Highly recommend! Because of the overwhelming amount of positive reviews of this restaurant I asked my wife if it would be okay to drive four and a half hours from Loreto to experience this eatery. We were not disappointed and it was definitely worth the drive. I had the nine course dinner while my wife had the five courses. Both were fantastic. We decided to have a bottle of wine instead of the wine pairings. Each delight that was brought to us wowed us to no end. Leonardo the head server let us know that the tastings change every week. If you are in La Paz make the effort to get a reservation to experience this wonderful gem of a restaurant. You won’t be disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fine dining restaurant in a relaxed chic setting. We arrived 10 minutes before opening but the restaurant was very kind & flexible in letting us start the meal early (and not wait in the scorching sun 🌞) We ordered a la carte & the server was great in making recommendations & helping us navigate the gluten-free options. Hits 🔥 - Sea scallops (fresh raw scallops in a refreshing yuzu sauce with a kiss of heat from the chili) - Crab stew tostada (rich flavor of the ocean with a Mexican touch 🌊 and delicious habanero sauce) - Roasted beet salad (elegantly caramelized. A signature dish that ought not be missed! Served without granola to make gluten-free) - Confit pork belly (our favorite dish of the evening. Makes the perfect taco) Okay (not “wow” relative to the rest) - Catch of the day 🐟🍍 (the fish was fresh and tender, and the pineapple paired well with it) - Roasted octopus (I personally prefer a crispier preparation of the octopus. The sides were amazing though) Overall this is definitely a higher end restaurant worth trying. The ingredients, execution, and service were top-notch. Very enjoyable dining experience. We did not try the dessert as we were not as excited about the gluten free dessert options - maybe next time (the menu changes weekly)! 📝 Rant: The server recommended 2 starters and 2 mains for 2 people. We were starving and went for 3 starters & 3 mains. In hindsight I would have done 4 starters & 2 mains, or 3 starters & 2 mains.
