tried out their ramadhan menu with my family today as i saw a review saying it’s good and worth it. sadly, it’s the opposite case. the food was not up to expectation and portion were absurdly small considering the price. we bought ramadhan SET A for 3-4 people but the portion was more like for 1-2 person. the food was served late and cold. sotong goteng kunyit was the most disappointing (hard, chewy and so small portion) followed by seafood pad krapao (portion was like for one person only. we peeked at our next table who ordered set for 2 pax and they received the exact same amount as what we received for 4 persons) please see photos attached for the absurd portion i said. it’s also stated in the ramadhan menu that with the set comes cucumber slices and sambal with each nasi, but we didn’t get it. had to ask from the staffs and almost finished our food already before the cucumber and sambal arrives. also ordered fries for my nephew, but somehow feels like it’s not freshly fried. instead, the fries we received felt like it was re-heated over again. please do better. if this is what we get for the price we’re paying, definitely we won’t come back again. food is not same as per posted on ig which looks tempting and worth to try. disappointed that it’s not even close to what’s advertised. Excellent service by Nasken Coffee Tune Hotel. One of my favourite branch outlets of Nasken Coffee which I frequently visit. Ive really bad experienced . Its was my 1st time visit this nasken tune. I’ve ordered chicken chop and hazelnut latte ice. Once i received the order, the chicken still raw. I ask the server to make a new one but they only cook the one i have eat a bit. So its damn oily and i cant eat at all. They should make a new one. Its okay, this is my 1st and last time visit this branch.

The ambiance was good and relaxing and the foods was superb only that they kinda messed up one of my orders. I could say that overall the place is decent for eating out. It doesn't leave you with any bad experience whatsoever Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

4 stars for the ice latte cuz it tastes good, another star missing because the female staff misunderstood my order. I asked for the type of milk to go with the coffee,she said only fresh milk available so i said ok. Upon paying i saw separate register ice latte and milk so i asked her again rm6 for fresh milk?(and i thought its like other coffee shop like rm3 for oatmilk, soy milk like that)she said yes. When i received my coffee they give me one ice latte and one milk with ice. Now i understand what rm6 is for 😂 please retrain your staff, and its basic knowledge for barista ya customer will ask type of milk to put in coffee ya bukan nak beli susu. Delicious coffee and chocolate! The taste is better than Starbucks. Seafood aglio olio is nice too. A lil bit spicy n super yummy. It just that this coffee shop is not baby friendly, baby chairs are not provided, and they don’t have special meal for kids. Hence i rate 4 star.

I came to take away the coffee at 4.45 on 17 apr 2022. I brought together the foods that I bought from the bazar nearby. I don’t plan to have my iftar over there. The staff name, Aiman was so rude asking us to not bring our outside food. I said that I just come to drop by and take away. He said in rude way and not even apologising. There’s always a way for you to tegur your customer for bringing outside food. Not just bluntly said without asking whether we wanted to have our iftar over there or not. So bad! No wonder everyone rated this branch so bad. To aiman, you should learn the customer service skill.
