Had breakfast here in July 2021. Coffee and choc-chip croissants to take away. Can honestly say they were the best croissants I've ever had. They were just out of the oven so lovely and moist and warm. Perfect way to start the day. Note that if you are heading out of town they strictly enforce the no food or drink policy on the buses that run up to the car park.

Visiting Piran from Texas, US, and was looking for traditional burek for a lunch snack. Monica was super friendly and her English was great. The Burek did not disappoint! I had the meat and my wife had the cheese- both were delicious! A lovely location right off the main center, and a short walk to enjoy your treats right at the seaside!

great selectipn of cakes, burek, bread, and pizza. coffee to go, friendly staff, for locals so value for money is great! Get a cake - GIBANICA!! - and a coffee then go to the corner of port and Café Teatro and do a picnic at the sea.

Not a lot of competition for these guys so the prices are quite high. The woman behind the counter when we went there the first time didn't seem to speak much english at all, so trying to figure out what was on the sandwiches she had for sale was a non-starter. She just grabbed us one which turned out to be tuna and cheese. €3 for that, and €3 for a quite doughy spinach burek.

How is this rated so high? Nice lady working there but we got 3 sandwich buns before noon - all different kinds - and they were all terrible. Completely dry, flaky, no salt added to the dough. Maybe the pizza and Burek is good but stay away from the bread.

This review is 3.5 years old (2017/10), I hope things haven't changed. Our bus tour stopped here and during our free time, I happened upon this place. I just meant for the slice of pizza to hold me over for a bit but, OMG, best I ever had! Simple: crust, sauce, cheese but whatever they did was just perfect. The town and the square were cool too :)

Boureks were good and fresh - freshly made ones were coming out as they sell out. We had pizza and cheese boureks. The kremsnita wasn't as nice,, so maybe better to stick to baked stuff- whipped cream part didn't taste like it was made from fresh cream
