Full chicken cut into 8 pieces has 3 drumsticks, 1 wing and 3 thighs and half side breast??? Why???? I was obviously not given a fresh chicken and I don’t understand why? I promise you the way these employees treat customers it’s disturbing. Oh no, it doesn’t get any better. I went again to buy a chicken this morning. After complaining they 3 chicken strips on top and one inside. The rest was veggies. Why do you guys treat us like this? Would you be happy with this if the tables were turned? Waiters just stand around talking to each other, service is slow. I've been waiting for over 40 mins for my order and the second one took an hour to arrive. Bad business, the place is loud from the gossiping. Terrible experience. Ordered extra hot but the cashier pinned in mild. Unbelievable!!!! I've had to update my previous rating of 4 stars to 2 stars. My recent orders have left a bad taste in my mouth. Both times the chicken was undercooked and rubbery. Despite selecting the "well done" option with extra sauce - none of this was considered. The garlic rolls were stuffed with the margarine paste and no effort made to cook them through ensuring the butter melts and rolls are toasted. The spicy wedges were undercooked. Really experienced awesome service. The set up of this Nando's is a notch above the rest. Spacious, good for groups/family with their table settings. Very neat and service was on the ball. Food was well prepared, staff is honestly friendly and the atmosphere is vibey. First impressions last they say;-)

Firstly, we love Nandos! This place just solidified those feelings. The food was tasty as always, the staff the helpful and friendly.
