The wait is never too long (unless it's a rush hour moment, which is understandabe)

Beef Fried Rice
Visited this excellent Japanese restaurant in Bayamón for a quick lunch. Was nicely welcomed and seated. Service by waitress was excellent and attentive. Menu list was vast. I ordered the Calamari Tempura as appetizer and was delicious and portion generous. Main course was a wonderful Tuna Taking Roll. Loved it!❤️🍣🇯🇵

Nice quaint place to go solo, with your partner or date. I wouldn't have a large group or work function here due to the fact that it's not very big. There's a language barrier because I don't speak Spanish, but that doesn't effect the rating. The lady that made my sushi spoke well enough English to know I couldn't eat shellfish.
I thought when I came in I would be welcomed by someone Japanese or Asian of some type. I believe this place is Puerto Rican owned. That being said, the person that made my sushi did a fantastic job and I totally recommend this place. I am very pleased with the meal and I would come back if I weren't here just for work and leaving next week.
Not only are the plates excellent, but the service is just as good. They offer one of the best sushi deals in town. 3 rolls from a varied selection, for $15, 2 days per week, . Highly recommended.
This place has very good sushi, best one for me so far is the Boricua Roll, it has Shrimp. Thir house lo mein is extremely good, high-quality thick noodles (NOT made with spaghetti like some other places) and a very good soy like house sauce. The chicken and vegetables are cooked to perdection, and the ammount served is frankly alot. Their house fried rice is also good, lots of ingredients that complement each other.
The salon is always clean but their servers can be friendly bus not always attentive, I find that their only male waiters is the best, he always keep my glass full of water and is attentive without being annoying.
Overall I enjoy eating here, I fully recommend the place.
PS: TRY THE FRIED CHEESECAKE! It's SO good it's addictive!
