This place is the best place ever. If I’m ever near one of their locations I have to stop. The staff here is so nice and their coffee is the best I’ve ever had. The fresh egg breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Ask for it over hard if you don’t want it scrambled! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time here! So many choices not a clue what to get. My son loved the chocolate cupcake(ate it even before I paid or could take a picture) I had a muffin which was super fresh and delicious even with the cafe closing with in 10mins. Cute little shop. Cafe was very dirty and sticky had to wipe a table to just eat at. Spent about $25 here. We both ordered the same egg sandwich tell me why mine on the left looks so small and is less than half the size than the one on the right ordered at the same time the same way for the same price. Very dissatisfied that you'd jip me so much on my sandwich when the other one is way bigger. If I could go back for a refund I would. The service is awful! Not once in 2 weeks have they got a simple order correct and every server scatters like rats the second the line goes down and they pretend to be busy doing something else and refuse to wait on the customers until a line forms again!! It's truly awful! They don't listen and it's pretty pricey to be giving the complete opposite of what a customer orders! I tried giving them multiple chances but it's not worth it when there are much better coffee joints with much better service around with far better tasting food! None of the workers know what's going on. Half hour for 2 bagels and 1 coffee. Come 9n Muffi. House, do better, seriously! And then when I got home my order was wrong. And an employee was rude when I asked for the extra cream cheese I paid for. I wouldn't go back if it were free. Delicious food, and a fun little cafe to hang out at. It is extremely busy sometimes so waits can be a little much to get your food. Gotta be a way to fix that so I feel the service could use improvement. But the sandwiches and beverages are usually very good so I can’t complain too much. Muffin House has excellent food, drinks and service, most of the time. The reason for the 3 star is the due to inconsistency. It's a shame to arrive home with an iced coffee that has so much ice in it, that the coffee is gone in a few sips. Seems like a very easy problem to fix. Hopefully they can soon! Cal(vin) helped me today and he was wonderful. I tried the beyond breakfast burrito and it was spicy and delicious. The muffins are always great and the apple crisp coffee was pretty good too. I highly recommend that you eat here, and if you get Cal, treat him well. He is a good one. Stay safe Comrades. First time and will return. Food was good and the atmosphere was nice,little noisy but that's ok. The only thing I did not like is I wanted my blueberry muffin grilled w/butter and I was told they could microwave it for me. Ahhhhh. But I went back the next day after the business responded to my review and it turns out that you CAN get the muffins hot off the grill! Fantastic!
