Great cookies! Addictive, dare you to only eat one. :) overall, a good experience. Been here a few times and first couple of times the person who was behind the counter could have been friendlier. This last time, had a better experience with the person behind the counter. Things to improve upon.... need more variety of nibblers and counter could be a bit cleaner.

Ordered a cookie the day before to be picked up the next day at noon. The person told us they ran out of cookie cake to make it. i.e. they forgot to make it. Hard to recommend a place that forgets about its customers.

This place is THE BEST! Super last minute (2pm) I called to ask about getting a cookie cake for a birthday that evening. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and seemed very happy to help me get the cake ordered and personalized exactly how I wanted. He said it would be ready by 5pm and when I arrived at 5pm it was ready! It was fresh and looked amazing! I got myself a cookie and icee while I was there and I was in heaven. I will definitely be coming back!

The team at this location was outstanding! Cake was beautiful, on time, and the staff exuded what customer service should look like. 10/10 recommend

Edwin is AWESOME! He takes his time with his customers and ensures that the customer is happy. I couldn't choose between water or lemonade and he allowed me to sample it. I also bought a slushy for my dad that he ended up not liking and instead of having to buy another drink at $3, Edwin allowed me to swap it out for lemonade. I don't know if this is a big deal to the company but it definitely was a big deal to me. You should have more employees like Edwin!

First time I came here I waited in line for a few minutes, noticed employee was coughing while helping another customer and immediately left. A few weeks later I returned and saw the male employee sitting on his phone and picking his nose. (Both males, different employees) I will never return.

I love them! 😩😩😩 The chocolate chip cookies get me every time! Great Hot Chocolate as well as friendly service. I’ll always come back 🥰🥰🥰

Called and asked for assistance with a certain gingerbread cookie and even though they did not carry it they were so helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. Perfect cookie place for any type of person!
