We discovered this restaurant on our last night in Cabo, and from the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be a special experience. The owners greeted us personally and gave us a tour of the grounds, sharing their vision of things to come. The food was delicious and expertly paired with wines from Mexico, and the breathtaking 360-degree view incorporating mountains, ocean, and grasslands made us feel as though we were dining in a landscape painting. The humble spirit of the owners shone through beautifully in everything they created, making the entire experience first-class. Slow food farm to table dining. This establishment is a must on your bucket list. After a personal tour by the owners of the property and what is to come, we had a 6 course pairing. We savored on exquisite fresh local produce, fish, meats,octopus, mushrooms, and assorted vegetables, all paired with Mexican wines. The service was impeccable. We look forward to watching the magic happen as they grow for years to come.

What a stunning, hidden gem. In the middle of an oasis of palm trees and large cactus, beautiful and serene with birds, bats, and an unparalleled 360 degree view. The sunset was stunning. Recommend using the driver service as it is a ways away from San Jose del Cabo (where we were staying) and if you enjoy their amazing cocktails or wine, you will be much safer in a taxi. The property is under development and the owners had been away, so our reservation was a little tricky to nail down, but we were very pleased it worked out. As it turned out, my wife and I had the place to ourselves. I'm sure as word gets out, this won't happen very often. The 5 course meal was delicious and elegantly prepared. All local and high quality ingredients. Spice levels were lovely and not over salted (a frequent complaint for me). We allowed the waitress to recommend paired wines and they were all Mexican wines and amazingly paired. This place will only get busier - I hope to return on our next trip to Cabo.

We took a group of 26 people last night for one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. Ubaldo, his team, and the food was spectacular. The venue is spectacular. What a true gem in the East Cape. Highly recommend this!!
