Gyro Sandwich Chicago Style Wrap
The “Everything Gyro” will be the best Gyro you eat in Texas. I have ate them all over the world, this is a hidden eatery. It is worth every cent to purchase for a meal to go or eat at the establishment. For years it has always been fresh and hot, the veggies are crisp always.

Best gyros for 100 miles! This hidden little spot is worth the trip. Fried mushrooms and onion rings are delicious! New kitchen renovations and expanded menu are coming soon to include a scrumptious chicken curry.

We stopped by for a bite and it was delicious, hot and fresh. I loved my sloppy, juicy tripple cheeseburger and my daughter who is super picky said the chicken wings wete so good.
Guy on the register was super nice.
I'm gonna have to bring my hubby, for me, it's worth the 20 min drive from Nolanville.
Chicago Style!
I grew up on the south side of Chicago and have been on a journey to find a good quality gyro in the Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove area without much luck. There are some decent attempts out there, but it is rare to find a place like this:
Service:
Great
Quality:
Large quantity of meat served from a Spitfire which is extremely rare for this area.
The meat was tasty and the vegetables were fresh.
Location:
It is a good drive away from the Killeen, Heights, Cove area, but worth it. It is nice to drive the hilly areas of Kempner. It offers a nice change of scenery. Don't expect a nice restaurant style experience. After all, it is in a gas station.
Summary:
If you are looking for a tasty/meaty Gyro, stop what you are doing and visit this place. Especially if you are from Chicago!
Was expecting better quality. We drove out of our way and took extra time. I wouldn't trust the reviews here. The gentleman cooking was very polite. The young dudes hovering around the front cash register could have spent a little time making sure the eating area where the tables and chairs are was tidy and clean. Especially since the kitchen setup doesn't facilitate easy access to tidy and clean. We were there for around 15 minutes and had to ask for a paper towel to wipe off a table.
The food was mediocre.

Wow! I was a little skeptical at first but after reading the reviews I gave it a try. This was the best gyro I’ve had in Texas! Super fresh and good flavor. The pita was amazing too! This is a must try when in Kempner.
Very dissatisfying experience, the name is TOTALLY MISLEADING!!! I came here thinking I would find my new mom after my old one abandoned me for having too many messy diapers.. but when I asked the waitress to be my mommy, she SLAPPED ME so hard I fell to the floor and I had to CRAWL out of there before she did it again. Mark my words Shannon, I will find you.. you will pay for slapping me.. and my new mom will call your mom. (P.s I kinda liked it when you slapped me)

Its an amazing stop on 190 between copperas cove and lampasas. The burgers are great. Its what you expect from a burger joint. The gyros are pretty great, but the winner for me is the gyro burger. You get the gyro meat fried a little extra and it adds a crunch to your bite. You'll probably never beangry about your meal here, I haven't been. The food is cooked to order so expect a few minutes for your meal. There is a lobby inside, but waiting in your car until your order is done would help prevent spreading of covid. They're great people always cheery. They deserve customers.
