Was all my respect you should be ashamed of yourself hiring some girls. They got no respect for the customers once is that two girls do you think about our bikers or something they have to clear the minds that racism is over and despite that I’m not black but what I’ve seen what the way she talks to customers has no respect ,I don’t care about how Good your product, as much as I care about the service please I’m talking to Who is responsible of this branch by Orland mall to take action about that because I’m not gonna stop there. I got 4 cupcakes. The crème brûlée was perfect, the peach cobbler was okay, the whipped topping leaves a strange film in your mouth. The samoa cupcake was caked with coconut, not a fan. But that Banana pudding…oh my god. I’ll probably go get another today! Banana pudding and creme brûlée!!! Get them!

I've purchased cupcakes from the kiosk in mall a few times, and so far I've been lucky enough that they've always been fresh and tasty. Love the large variety of flavors and service has always been pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them. 👍🏽

I’ve been a customer since day one. Today will be my last time buying anything from you all again. The young lady working on 9/4 at 1pm was more interested in her phone than acknowledging her black customers. I had to yell hey 3 times before she acknowledged me. No apologies and no smile. She did however give me a look as if I was bothering her. All she said was “what do you want”? 🤔 Then she looked right at another black women and never addressed her. White couple walks up and she was all smiles. The white coupe said the black woman was there first and your staff kinda waved the black woman off. She never asked the black woman if she could help her. She continued trying take the white couples order.

I don't gush about cakes very often...if ever. But these cupcakes are simply delicious. Light, excellent flavors, not too sweet, not too big or small...if you want good cupcakes, come here.

2 stars for presentation. I order 4 cupcakes for 18 dollars. Each one tasted exactly the same…BLAND! It’s like there isn’t any sugar in them. I’m not looking for an overly sweet cupcake, but I would like one with some flavor. My husband laughed at me for buying these over priced cupcakes that taste like nothing.
