Fair warning provided for free: This store has a NEW policy where employees are only allowed to give customers ONE scoop of chips. As a customer of Moes for over 15 years, it is very disappointing to be able to count the amount of chips I received on two hands. The pictures attached depict TWO scoops of chips which is less than 1/3 of the bag fyi. Moes is literally known for giving a bag FULL of chips with meals purchased. I didn’t pay $20+ for half a meal. Going to an actual Mexican restaurant will probably give you more bang for your buck because you gets bowls of chips for free :). Also, only having ONE person serve food AND ring up customers leaves employees up for berating by customers. It’s definitely NOT the minimum wage worker’s fault….This store seems to care more about $$ than fair treatment of customers AND employees. Most likely will not be coming back any time soon. And others are probably the same because several customers left from the LONG wait. I hope this store does better in the future. My wife tends to be 'selective' when she gets take out. The staff here accommodated me to ensure the nachos would be perfect, not soggy when assembled at home. We even discussed various flavors of ice cream. I ordered moes catering online for an office party of about 30 ppl. This location took awesome care of us! When we arrived for pick up all the items were ready to go and they were making our hard shells fresh. We were so excited we forgot our queso. Its so crazy because of office team didn’t even notice until everyone was stuffed and full! English was so sweet every time I called with a question of what all was included (plates, forks, buffet pans). And Rhonda was so sweet at pick up! They refunded me the amount for the queso. -‘ easy fix they English did very quickly. I’m we can’t wait to have them cater our next office party!

My mom and I go here all the time. I like going here sometimes instead of Chipotle because there are more toppings and sauce options to put on your bowls and burritos. The employees are super nice and they know my face when I come in there. Food is usually warm, if not hot, and fresh. Love the fresh, free chips and salsa, it’s basically my favorite part. Love the seasonal salsas. The only negative thing I have to say is that when it’s close to closing then I wouldn’t recommend going because the amount of steak I got last night was NOT acceptable. But if you love southwestern food I definitely recommend.

The food was delicious but I experienced literally the worst customer service of my life on Thursday night. The young lady making our food was so rude and kept loudly talking about my group of four to another coworker. We came in to eat at 8, they close at 9. She complained multiple times about customers who come in an hour before close, pointing at us saying we’re the reason she has to stay at work and that we could have ate somewhere else. Not a single other employee apologized to us or attempted to correct her, despite all four of us leaving a monetary tip at the register. Terrible employee. Made me so uncomfortable, I will never eat at this location again. Not to mention about 10 other people came in to eat after us. We left before 8:30, leaving them ample time to close the restaurant. Also, a different female employee was cooking on the grill in pajama pants. The restaurant was clean and fun. First timer at Moe's. I like the decor but I liked the staff better. They were approachable and interactive. The lady with red braids had me laughing so much.
