First off, correct me if I’m wrong…but it is apparently okay to serve yourself BEFORE THE CUSTOMER- We used to love Moes so much but honestly…after this trip…your better off going to Chipolte 👀. Chips were VERY stale, (almost like they have been sitting out for a couple of days) we couldn’t get ground beef because the employee decided it was a good idea to take what we wanted after we asked for ground beef. I get it was later in the evening but talking to someone on the phone while serving customers is 100% a red flag. Like I said you are totally better off going to Chipotle than Moes in Roswell. Epic fail today Moe's. I used the kiosk and 3 out of 4 orders were wrong. I don't blame the staff because I can see from the ticket how they might be confused. For every base item (beans, rice) we unselected from the screen, it showed for example "beans, no beans " Well, we got beans and everything else we unselected. Here on a Monday to get a Moe’s Monday burrito deal got up To the counter in the cashier, who was rubbing his face with his food, safe gloves, tells me you can’t get that deal unless you got the app be aware if you come here and you don’t have the app on a Monday you will not get the deal, which is the only reason why people come to Moe‘s on Mondays Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were lucky enough to beat the lunch crowd. They were ready to put our order together, and they are fast. I had the Homewrecker burrito and my husband had the Homewrecker bowl. Both were great and you get to customize it as they build it. I recommend Moe's in Roswell. Always friendly and fresh ingredients. Love to go on off hours and spend time alone sometimes when there's no rush!! Today we tried the new salsa made in house. Loved them both, but the red sauce was best. We do prefer chunky salsa, but these were good. The manager at Moe's, Courtney was superb. The #1 nicest customer service provider I have had the pleasure of speaking to, and food delivered by. She made me 2 bowls that my cousin and I devoured. Stopped in for lunch with my kids, and I was disappointed in the kids lunch portion. The picture showcases a “Moo Moo Mr Cow” I purchased for my daughter. I included my iPhone SE to give context on the size of the burrito. It’s simply inexcusable to sell a customer a kid’s burrito in this size.
