Reasonable prices but a disappointing pizza. The crust was crispy like a cracker on the edge but doughy in the middle. And the ingredients slid off the base, leaving you with a tasteless, chewy bite. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ou Friday night tradition. Step up to the counter and order your own pizza with any ingredient you like. No matter how many toppings you choose from 1-100 the price is the same. Open kitchen with pizza oven. Hip vibe. Cool music. Conveniently located in Indian Springs shopping center. We like the Mad Dog, the Maddy, and make your own! Weak. Asked for olives, artichoke hearts, red onions, and jalapeños and i see 0 toppings including cheese and sauce on this piece. Disappointing!

Terrible experience. We went because I was emailed BOGO offer for today if we tried their new plant based sausage. The cashier said we wouldn't get one for free today, but we would get it on the next visit (not what the email said). That didn't make any sense because on the receipt, it actually shows that he charged us for 4 pizzas and 2 were free (we only ordered two pizzas), and then he insisted we hold on to the receipt for next month. They were busy, so I didn't want to argue. When they made my pizza, they didn't even put cheese all the way to the edges. I only wanted three toppings, but the guy hardly put any toppings on there even when I asked if he could add a little bit more. The pizzas were coming out burnt for everyone. Ours actually looked less burnt than some of the other customers. This is our second bad experience with MOD. I used to go here all the time, but it feels like it has gone downhill over the past year. We won't be coming back.

Mgt. needs to train the staff, although polite and quick to serve, the dining area was a mess. Only two booths/tables clean..the rest had food from previous customers still on them. The floors were also in need of sweeping. I noticed staff on breaks, getting off breaks and still leaving the tables uncleaned. I was there at lunch, and I am pretty sure the owners or principles were in the dining area as well. One member of that party had the ablity to go in the kitchen areas and get items for them. Also, blaring Rap music is not what I expected either. BTW : The MOD pizza at Portifino is perfect, I just ate there today and the food , service and overall cleanliness of the establishment was perfect. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was a late night on Saturday evening. I hadn’t eaten all day and I was starving. Me and my friend decided to check out MOD Pizza. The service was amazing. The staff was friendly. The store was super clean. And they made me a pizza that changed my life. I think the pictures speak for themselves!!!!
