Consistently inconsistent. We have ordered from this location 3 times. On the first order the barbecue sauce swirl that was supposed on our caspian pizza was put on the Hawaiian. Second order was accurate. Tonight on our third order the garlic rub was scooped on in little piles under the cheese making some slices inedible due to how much garlic was used. The caspian was oblong and about 30% smaller than normal. Overall disappointing. We love their pizza when it’s done right. But apparently that’s only 1/3 of the time. We wanted to have a quick dinner so opted for pizza. Seeing MOD pizza super fast on the board we thought we are at the right place. Not sure if it was just on July 4th or if it is usually like this - extremely slow and poor service We stood in line and did customized orders then waited for almost 10 mins to pay. Again waited for a long time finally pizzas were delivered. As always pizzas and cheesy garlic bread were good We asked for extra plates for the kids but they gave us pizza boxes Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I love they're pizzas any toppings you want you can't go with with that because I love a lot of meat on my pizza and they are always ready and friendly they're too. It's nice when you can walk into a place and feel comfy and at home because of the food smell of food and the environment to me just feels so homie feeling. Got 2 pizza and garlic cheese bread. Garlic bread had barely any cheese or flavor on about half. The pizzas had very little of any toppings. I literally had 6 pieces of sausage, and maybe 10 pepperoni, could barely tell there was cheese either. They are not cheap and lack of toppings was sad, complete waste of money. I have been to over 20 different Mod pizza locations and while this one has the same quality of food, the staff here are very friendly and made sure this place is clean. That’s including the food prep area, all the sign’s including the hanging ones, and unnoticeable spots like under the counter. Sure feels good to eat in a clean restaurant!

I ended up being in a hurry during my lunch break so i was happy they relatively were quick. I'm unhappy that mine and my husband pizza's were still raw. The dough was barely cooked, cheese barely melted, toppings barely warm. It was a good experience at all. I've had amazing experiences at mod Pizza and always loved it so this experience I'm hoping was a one off. I never made any indication that i was in a hurry to rush the staff fyi. I ordered a customized mini pizza (chicken) here. I was able to choose my own toppings, just as one would be able to choose his/her own toppings at a Subway. This isn’t a restaurant with a service; it’s more of a Subway for pizzas, with better ambience and more space. You may dine in or take out. All toppings, including the different chicken variations (plain, spicy, sausage, etc.), were incredibly fresh. The thin crust amplifies the overall flavor of the toppings, and the mini meal is low on calories and high on protein. I thought my mini pizza, served right out of the pan and hot, was absolutely delicious and satisfying. If you are really hungry, though, go with a larger size. I love being able to see my pizza being made and tell them just how much of what I like on it 😁 service is always friendly, only downside to eating in is it's pretty loud with it being one large room that echoes, so we usually get takeout. Very disappointed that at 745 pm they dont have any chicken cooked for my salad. But thats not all. It took 20 minutes just to place an order because only one of the three employees i saw was working the other two sat there talking to each other when there was 4 people in line. Just thought that was rude not only to the customers but the one employee that was doing there job..... And the salad did not taste right without the chicken just saying......... I'm beyond frustrated with this location. I've never had an issue with other locations but I have gotten salads with rotten greens REPEATEDLY here. As in, every single time I come here I have to pick out from a few pieces up to half of the greens. Today was the last straw for me. I threw my back out so my husband offered to get MOD so that I didn't have to cook tonight. We did a pick up so it wasn't caught in store otherwise I would have had it remade. I got a salad with arugula and mixed greens and when I went to eat it I saw that all of the arugula (which was a fist full at the very bottom of the bowl so I could see it all) was rotten. Not a little bruised, but black/brown slimy smelly rotten. There was also a good puddle of water at the bottom of the bowl (not sure what that was from since none of my toppings were wet enough to have dripped and I got the dressing on the side). I was so grossed out. I ate a little off the top and it was when I went back for more because I hadn't gotten any arugula that I saw that it was rotten. I was so grossed out that I tossed it all out after that. I will not be coming back again. It is very rare that we eat out because we can't afford it and then to have it be rotten..it is so disheartening to throw money away like that.
