It's time to try perfectly cooked sashimi, black cod and dumplings. Tasty ice cream is the best dish. You will hardly forget good wine, beer or Moscow mule that you can drink. In accordance with the guests' opinions, matcha is delicious at this restaurant. Miss Voon Uppsala is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. There were some standout dishes and some very bland dishes. The Dumplings in Miso soup were fantastic, besides being maybe a bit too salty, but very tasty still. The Yakitori was also great, full of flavor, cooked well, but perhaps also a bit salty. The rest of the dishes were underwhelming. The sashimi wasn't much higher quality than you'd find at a decent sushi restaurant. The cocktails were excellent, very flavoring and unique. The wine pairing can just be skipped. Not really any great wines here and many simply don't pair well with the food. The dessert could have been interesting, but felt more like a palette cleanser with light flavors and acidity. Not really sweet or memorable dessert flavors. The wait staff was very friendly and professional. Great service overall. It would be 4 stars except for the price. Too expensive for the quality of the food. I think you pay a lot for the view. Still an interesting meal and a nice experience, but once was enough. I had been looking forward to going to this place quite a lot, as it was recommended by other food-lovers. I had the Fjord Salmon, Oyster gratinée, Venison Tataki and Chocolate Fondant with Cherries and Basil ice-cream. The fjord salmon didn't have a kick of taste, it was quite bland, the oyster which had a parmesan gratinée tasted only of parmesan, which is sad considering how flavourful and tasty oysters are on their own, this dish was definitely overwhelmed and not well thought of. The venison tataki also did not taste like much... The dessert was the best part the chocolate fondant was cooked very well, though overpowered by cherries, it was balanced well with the basil-ice cream that followed. I was hoping for more and severely disappointed. What brings the two stars are the atmosphere being very high-end, the cocktails tasting really good and the waitresses being very professional. Perhaps I went here on a bad day... will not revisit.

Service was impeccable. As much as the tasting menu would have been delicious, we were very glad we decided to select the dishes. 6 selections shared between 2 of us was more than enough. . Highly recommend Miss Voon. Obviously the view of Uppsala from the terrace during the evening was stunning!

We had a couple of cocktails there and they were so good. The place has a lovely view over Uppsala and it is a perfect spot to watch sunset, we didn’t get to enjoy the sunset because the clouds covered it up that day.

Visit for the environment and relaxed atmosphere. The views of Uppsala are stunning, unique and makes it feel like a much larger city. If you live here then you should visit this restaurant or bar at least once. We had the tasting menu with the wine package. Food was ok with some dishes being delicious (fjordlax) while others were completely bland. Service was friendly and warm but not on point and not matching the price tag. Excellent food, great service, nice location. Recommended! We had the Sashimi as a starter, the full order was good for the three of us. Nicely served and explained. Same with the black cod that I can personally recommend. All great food, location, interieur and service for a reasonable price. This was a special experience, thanks. We were there again and again very satisfied.

A great view with a great opportunity to widen your experience. Me and my wife had the Omakase 7 course menu set and it was full of tasteful flavour combinations. Among my favorites were the fjord salmon with jalapeño, sashimi platter and the amazing matcha roll cake with passion fruit sorbet dessert. We both left the restaurant really full and well satisfied. I would really recommend this place for everyone who want a really high class restaurant in an interesting location.

Short table time for the tasting manue of 7 meals and enjoying the drinks. A bit stressful, specially when they were late to take orders. Otherwise, food was super delicious
