My burger was very dry. They forgot my condiments. My tea wasn't sweet at all either. Frys were cold. I was so excited to try this so bad. Upsetting cause I drove from Missouri to come try it. It wad the worst food. Maybe cause the location was in a bad area and wrong timing. Hopefully give another Milo's a shot again. Sometime Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Like every other fast food establishment the quality and quantity have really taken a hit. Still one of the better tasting burgers 🍔 but nothing like they used to be. We have quit going to Burger King and McDonald's altogether because of the poor quality. We cross eating places off our list of places to go all the time and that's why we mostly eat at home now. We do the occasional trip to Milo's and Arby's and a couple of other places here in Jasper but that's it, the prices are insane for what you get now and we refuse to do it. UPDATE! We gave this a try again because it used to be our favorite Milos. Good job! Staff was friendaly, service was quick and food was hot and good. This used to be an excellent fast food restaurant. We went there yesterday. Waited forever to get our food and it was luke warm. They weren't very busy so I am not sure what the problem was. I went at lunch time and my fries were literally almost black. I can't believe they looked at them and thought they were ok to serve someone. I couldn't even eat them, they were like bricks. My burger wasn't fresh either. I guess they were having a real bad day because I was the only one in line and there were maybe two cars in the parking lot. UPDATE: went back yesterday for a chicken sandwich and it was awesome! I love Milos just hope it’s more consistent now. I’ll never stop going even if I only go for the tea 😜 Went to get a chicken sandwich. 2nd time in less than a week. 2nd time the chicken was nasty. Took it back to get another sandwich like the 1st time but this time they didn’t have any cooked. So I got my money back. Not paying $5 for a burnt sandwich. The manager tried to tell me it was so dark because the piece of chicken is so thick. Lol I do actually cook so I know this isn’t true.

About 5 minutes ago we got 2 reg Splenda teas to go. We started home and started to drink our tea. They are spoiled. They taste awful. We couldn’t take back going back to Sumiton. Went there for lunch today and got a three piece chicken tender combo. The breading was perfect. The chicken was extremely tender and juicy. Perfectly cooked! My husband got a burger combo and was happy with his meal. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
