I got a cup of the worst coffee ever. So bad I had to dump it and go find a decent one. I think they ran the hot water through used grounds by mistake I left a review that was promptly addressed, telling me to email them. Which I did. Again, a prompt apology saying they would issue a refund , but it's been 2 weeks, and still no refund. Hmmmmmm!! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered through Uber eats and I just wish I got them fresh out the oven because I think it would’ve tasted better. Next time I’ll just stop being lazy and go pick them up myself lol, overall they were good.

Midnight cookie co. is amazing! I had the privilege of ordering a large order from them through their website for catering. Their ordering was smooth and easy, very friendly staff and the cookies were all fresh and delicious. Was such a hit with our company- cookies were gone right away. Highly recommend!

It is fairly hidden in the Bellevue Square Mall it’s on the 3rd floor by the kids play zone! We made it up there and did not regret it! The cookies were delicious and the staff was friendly! The guy there even gave my dog a free treat. Awesome overall def recommend.

Unfortunately the location is on the top floor but well worth the visit because the cookies were great tasting and fresh. The staff member was extremely nice, including giving our dog a treat. Overall, it is a well priced and good quality cookie place.

Waited a long time for the only employee on duty to return from a prolonged absence for assistance. Walked right in front of me to flip their "BRB" sign without saying a word and gave me an irritated look. Provided bad customer service when I ordered, got my order wrong, and gave another irritated look when I corrected them for my order.

The cookies were very subpar and also this location is located in a shopping mall. Very annoying I wish I knew that before I drove there.
