Very fancy restaurant but not intimidating. The staff are really sweet and accommodating and even helped us alter a dish as my partner wanted it cooked to a longer degree. 100% recommendable. Saying it was excellent is not enough. The food is the best I've had in Malta, you can't stop going to try the fish and ribs offered by chef Pablo, their flavors really are a caress to the soul. In addition, Sebastián's attention made the night perfect, he is present in every detail. I don’t usually do this but this restaurant went above all, I have no words to describe the experience that we had. Honestly the best restaurant I’ve been in Malta and even Europe, the food it’s amazing, every time I’ve tried a dish I felt like I was exploring something new, for real. Sebastian one of the staff members took the time to explain us every dish, the process and even the story of how they were created. We went there late and they waited for us and let us take our time. Pablo the chef is incredible, for sure the best of Malta, the location was perfect and while we were eating we could listen to the band playing excellent music. If you go, I promise, you won’t regret. Be prepared bc you’re gonna enjoy one of the best experiences. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I heard good recommendations on this place, so we went with my friend and daughter to try it! The restaurant is cosy and has nice setting! We took Vitello Tonnato and eggplant as appetizer. Vitello was good, but nothing extraordinary. Eggplant was very tasty, I have never seen it cooked this way, but it was really juicy and tasty! That is the most favorite dish in the restaurant! As a main course - my fried took fish soup; it was horrible, it was so salty, like someone put a 50gr of salt to this plate. I tried one spoon and hardly swallowed, I think it is not possible to serve it. I was debating what too choose and decided to take a rabbit - which is their signature dish. It was just a bit warm, dry and tasteless. I did not like it all. Only the rack of lamb tested well! We hoped that dessert would recover our impression. Tiramisu tasted really strange, I think that is the only tiramisu that I ever tried that I did not finish. I did not like it. The chocolate cake was much better, it was rich and tasty. I mean, fancy restaurant. Looks very tidy, clean and well organized. Service is very good, helpful and with a smile on a face. Food was good and served pretty quick but I wouldn’t be back to eat there again. I repeat, food was good not sooo amazing! For me the prices are more than the food. Yes, it was nice experience but not worth it. 32€ for rabbit, tiramisu and water. Definitely nice to try it. But not for everyone.

Everything’s fine EXCEPT the waiters, my girlfriend had sunburns and the waiter started making ridiculous comments about it. There were a lot of people that day, and we ordered a couple of desserts, but we got bad looks from the waiters that we sat at the table only for desserts, not for the main dish. Fantastic experience! Great service, beautiful setting, and amazing food. This was our first meal in Malta and despite our jet lag we thoroughly enjoyed the zuppa vegetale, octopus, rabbit, and fried eggplant. A real highlight was the different fresh breads presented with olive oil as a powder, butter, and liquid, with varying strengths.

The food tasted great especially the lamb chops. The meat was cooked to perfection, full of flavor yet not too overpowering . The staff was very friendly and attentive. There was also live music which I usually do not appreciate but it did fit in perfectly with the setting and it made the experience most pleasurable.
