Refreshing atmosphere inside or outside. Relaxed pace for clients. Even when it is well patronized, clients do not need to shout at their tables to hear each other. Loved the pristine white tables and waiters uniform. No manager kept intruding to ask if everything was still fine ( if it weren't, we would walk). Beautiful restaurant, we had made a reservation to sit outside but upon our arrival the restaurant was full. The food could’ve been prepared better. My side dish was really dry and came with no condiments. The waiter offered great service nonetheless, had to take away some of the food, got home and the food was not packaged properly even after giving specific instructions. From the creamy Cafe Mocha we had to the delicious freshly made bite size meze everything was deliciously awesome our waiter Sipho was always by our side. The food here deserves 7 star we just came in for a quick bite and what a great choice , we will be back here for dinner. The fresh air the vibe in the air is just bussing. Today we decided to venture out to Melrose Arch for lunch... We booked a table at Mezepoli Restaurant ... What a great experience!... The food was delicious & the service was excellent! Our Waitress Surprise was very pleasant & efficient! We started with cocktails... I had the Aegean Breeze & Greg had the Mediterranean Highball followed by a bottle of La Motte Sauvignon Blanc which we had with our meal. As for the food, it is tapas style so we decided to start with a rocket & spinach salad, pita bread & a peppers & aubergine dip. We then chose the beef fillet saute, artichokes, pickled octopus & grilled feta as our "main" course. The decor is clean, cool & minimalist... We will definitely be back... After a day connecting with art, and everything meta and psychic. It was time to nourish the body so it can fight off Mr COvID-19 and manage any and all comorbidities. We went to Mezepoli, the vibe was great, music soulful not loud just right. Service amazing and food tasty. Great Sunday chill space

We watched every Rugby world cup game at Mezapoli. From game one, where capacity was normal to the final game where capacity was at a max. The events that occurred last night (28 Oct) weren’t surprising given how service has been since the first game. Service was extremely poor all throughout. Waiters did not attend to tables even at the time when it was not so busy. When we arrived, we noticed there were people who had not made reservations intruding on personal space of patrons who had reservations, more especially in the area where we were sitting . We made the manager aware of this and asked that he enlists security to help attend to it as it also posed a security risk. Whilst I understand that the high volumes of people in the vicinity made security difficult to manage, the manager was indifferent and showed no attempts at trying to help the situation. Ultimately, the night ended in a brawl where glasses were thrown etc, catching others patron in the crossfire. Your managers and waiters cared no mind for patrons long before the area was too busy to manage and the situation was exasperated by your waiters who were serving people without reservations instead of helping to keep patrons who did have reservations comfortable. You clearly put profits above the safety of patrons and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Im not sure if the food felt average at best because of all that ensued or if its just that way in general. Do better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
