First time dining here with my family members and would said we enjoyed the food very much. We took the family set and most of the food served were great and palatable. We also ordered 3 Portuguese tarts and the manager gave us 4 instead. Generosity brighten up our day. Their Cham (Coffee + Tea) is the best I've ever tasted with full aroma every time I take a sip. Will surely make another trip there in the future. Maybe we will try out their pastas and grill items this time. Good food, excellent service and nice decor. Visit date: 24 June 2023 Food was pretty good tho everything was pretty spicy except for the stewed chicken (of course). We got the: - Devil Curry Chicken with Rice (RM19) - Stewed Chicken with Rice (RM19) - Stir Fried Fern (RM13) - Chili Brinjal (RM13) *prices exclude taxes Dishes were flavourful and well cooked. It took a while for the food to arrive tho it wasn’t full house but still bearable. Employees could practice better hygiene as I did see the manager / supervisor on duty using his gloved hand to pick up the egg tarts to put into the oven instead of using the tongs. He actually used that same gloved hand to also wipe tables, touch the menus, handle cash, etc. Other than that, service was not bad and staffs are generally friendly. Service was great with Mr Norman( I believed he’s the restaurant manager) and all the staffs especially Bilal(if I remember correctly) that continuously attending to us and always check whether the food were good and all the orders are being attended. My family had a great time with these 2 men doing a superb job entertaining us especially Mr Norman. They deserve a raise for the great job. Keep them and they'll definitely put more smiles on your customer faces. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Portuguese Tart

Our 1st time dining there though we passed by the cafe many times. During our visit they had a promo if you ordered more than RM50, you get to buy a Portuguese grilled fish+ rice for a price of RM 1 only! What I liked about the cafe was the interior design & hospitality of the workers. Our tartar sauce for fish & chips is a little salty. Or is it the fish? While the iced tea is not so good. The Portuguese grilled fish was spicy but tasted okay. Overall, a good place to eat with a variety of choices including salads. Might be crowded during weekends. Ordered 2 sets of portuguese pari bakar. Unfortunately the sambal portuguese already finish at 3pm and replace it with teochew sauce. Taste ok but would preferred with sambal. Drop by Memorie Cafe for a coffee break, they served Euroasia style food. Tried their famous Portuguese egg tart which claimed to have 32 layers. The egg tart was really good, very crunchy texture on the outside and slightly soft on the inside. We also tried their milk tea cake which was very normal. Coffee was just ok, but their asian kopi is a must try. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Portuguese Tart
We came here for Sunday Lunch. The decor is what really caught me. It was beautiful and has the touch of traditional design. For food we ordered : - Nasi Memorie (RM 21.90) - Nyonya Seafood Curry Ramen (RM26) For drinks we had : - Plain water (RM 1) - Honey lemon (RM 9) The portion of the nasi memorie was big. It’s definitely a must try. It comes w a huge piece of fried chicken. Its definitely not for small eaters 😅 we couldn’t finish it. But the taste was great, the sambal not to spicy and well complimented the fragrant rice. It also comes w other Nyonya dishes such as the acar etc. Its really tasty! The Nyonya Seafood Curry Ramen, looked so appetising, the presentation was on point. It comes with two deep fried prawns, loads of fish cakes, poached egg, squid, scallops and vege. This also comes as a big portion. However the curry was lacking in taste. It just didn’t have the umph for me 😔 the deep fried prawns were crispy but placing them in the curry made them soggy. The ramen is good but was abit starchy to me. Otherwise the Curry Ramen is good. Filled with seafood and veggies cooked properly. The honey lemon was good and more on the average side. For desserts we had to order of their Portuguese Egg Tart which is freshly baked 😄 - Portuguese Egg Tart x2 (RM8.40) The egg tart is a must try! The crust was super flaky and the pudding-like texture which is baked so perfectly! I loved them Overall the food is really tasty and will come back to try their other dishes. The ambiance is also good. Just wish their waiters smiled more 😅 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 20–40 Recommended dishes Portuguese Tart
