The owners are exceptionally warm and welcoming, reminiscent of visiting one's grandparents. Its proximity to the beach makes it an ideal spot for a meal after a day in the sun. However, be mindful that smoking is permitted indoors, and they do not accept card payments. Went here on 11/05/23 for a late lunch. Ordered Shopska salad, Specialty of the House, and Montemare pasta. The specialty was pork loin with ham, sweet peppers and cheese. Was ok. The Montenare did not have much sauce, but flavor was good. Shopska salad had nice peeled cucumbers. Wait staff spoke some English. Local place with delicious seafood. I guess other dishes may be also good. We tried ‘seafood fritura’ for two. It’s not on thr menu: consists of shrimps + calamari + mussels with garnish of boiled potatoes and spinach. It was very good! Everything fits, seasoning is fresh and just right. Loved it. best place in town. had a full meal with fish and cevapi and dessert, homemade wine and lemonade and topped it off with coffee and cake. perfection. staff is also very friendly. loved it and will come back for sure

Very tasty food, reasonable prices and friendly owners. It is a family restaurant and food is of type homemade. Ivan runs the restaurant with his wife and mother. When available you have fresh seafood on display that you can choose for your meal. I highly recommend this place. Note 1. Parking on the main road across the street. 2. Ivan and his wife are both conversant in English. Really good national cuisine for good prices. We enjoyed the restaurant a lot also because of the family that owns the restaurant. They also cook themselves and serve. We went there several times and would come back immediately if we visit Bar again! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Small place, fortunately not in the main street so we could have a table for 10 people. Not very well ventilated air, full of food smells, didn't put us off... It was worth to stay, after all! Delicious seafood: mussels in white souce, squid; children enjoyed the delicate fish soup. A careful service (by the owner, I guess) also made this dinner a great family experience. If you are looking for a fancy, exclusive restaurant, beat it. This is a place with a home - like vibe, and a bit cheaper yet scrumptious food. Enjoy! Pretty average restaurant. Mussels were over salted, the risotto is not a risotto but just boiled rice. The bread for extra €0,5 was not fresh or tasty.
