Gotten happy meals for the kids at least 12 times at this location and I've gotten the apples slices for the meals ONE singular time. One time I didn't even get the patty on the burger. Don't get me wrong this location has great food when they actually give you all of it but please don't be the airhead that I am. Check the boxes and bags before you pull away from the window because the drive thru line is always super long and it not normally worth waiting again. Raced to get to McDonald’s before they closed. Got there with 15 minutes to spare. I even asked an employee who was in the parking lot if they were still open. She gave me an enthusiastic yes. Get to the drive through and “we closed” in a very rude voice. I asked “you close at 1050? “Yes we’re closed” two people yelled back. UNACCEPTABLE. Horrible management, rude employees and super low standards. Will definitely call the corporate hotline. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could do a 0 star I would! Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I order through app, when through drive thru and they said they couldn’t give me my order even when I had the name, order number, and QR code. They wouldn’t refund me on my app order when I had to reorder and pay with cash so I called Corp and now have to wait for someone to call me that is higher up from the store. Most likely I won’t be getting a call but will create fraud charge on my account if this is not cleared up. Also, the fries I got were old the food received was not correct. So very unsatisfactory!!! you need to train your managers better! You cannot run a restaurant with a headset on stuck in drive-through with drive-through backed up. Nobody’s upfront doing their job. Keep your aces in your places that’s what they need to do so they can stay at Centerpoint and run the shift smoothly and properly stressed out. She just walking around eating and throwing her hands up. Little girl that handed us our food was rude! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

In the drive thru for a little over half an hour… I get it… it’s 10pm, etc. we waited between 5-10 minutes for the girl to say “what’s your order.” Zero friendly. I ordered 2 double Big meals, large fries and large sprites with a side of basket fries. Payments were at the second window. I appreciated that the blond haired girl was verifying and making sure all the food was accounted for. She even realized our two large fries weren’t in the bag. Well there was a reason. I think like her (I verify before we leave as well), I saw the two cardboard boxes and assumed they were the double Big Macs. The basket of fries on top. She said she was missing the fries and got the fries. BUT… we ended up with the wrong order anyways because the two boxes were of double quarter pounders. So yeah… the whole point was the double Big Macs which we didn’t get. So yeah… we got home and it’s just disappointing and like many other commenters… is it worth waiting in that line or the drive back to the restaurant… no. I am from Michigan and in Michigan they have the steak egg and cheese bagel which is a phenomenal sandwich. Unfortunately here in the South that is not available. But I did get the sausage burritos and it was a very satisfied substitution along with hash browns and coffee. Understaffed big time. Store is on a corner lot and in the wrong location for drive through service. Drive through line often extends out to the street. Do not park at their parking lot. Instead, park near Lady Fitness and just walk about 30 to 70 feet to the lobby. Lobby is sometimes closed due to staff shortages. Sometimes the sweet tea tastes like coffee and tea combined. Taste your tea before you leave. Always ask for a receipt at the drive thru to verify you were not charge another person's order. Staff is extremely polite and friendly. Manager was very mean. I waited in the lobby in the morning for over 15 min and he told me someone took my order when I was the only one in the lobby.
